Good outdoor area

We loved the ping pong table! Nice outdoor seating too. The hot water in the shower was finicky but the beds were comfortable. Overall a good experience!

Clean Comfortable House for Family Visit

Clean, comfortable house for visit with family in Lakewood Ranch. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient for groceries and restaurants.

Awesome place

Anna was always available, the house was in a perfect location for us! Walmart was very close and there was places all around for whatever you would need! The house was clean had everything we needed in it, I would definitely recommend this place!!

Anna's home was surprisingly roomy, updated and clean. Anna was very accommodating and hospitable.

Great location

We had a plumbing issue within the first five minutes after we arrived. Anna had a repairman there and it was fixed within the hour. In our opinion the house was not as clean as we think all VRBO homes should be. The location was perfect for our needs, but we will not be staying there again.

Golf Tournament in Lakewood Ranch

The location of the property was a little further away from Lakewood ranch than we had asked about. With traffic, it was about 25 minutes and I was told it was 10 minutes away. other than that, it was sufficient for what we needed. I would suggest getting better bedding for the master bedroom.

It was Ok, the listing showed the house to be in a different neighborhood where the pool was only a few houses away, here the pool was a couple blocks away. Despite this we will still enjoyed the community pool. The location was good overall and was in a decent neighborhood. It was nice being close to Walmart to get groceries and the drive to the beaches wasn’t bad either. Overall it was ok and we enjoyed our stay in Sarasota.

Nice House and Close to Airport and Shopping

Overall we had a nice stay. The only thing we found disappointing was there was no cable or local TV. We are not Millennials and don’t stream TV. Would have been nice to turn on local morning news, daily weather, and nightly TV shows.

Family visit

Anna is a great host. Her home is awesome. Very well laid out and very spacious. Everything you need for a relaxing visit. Community pool is a very nice perk. Convenient to many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Highly recommend.

Clean and updated

The main living areas were clean and updated. The master bedroom had an updated bathroom which was very nice. The guest bath and backyard could use the same update the master and main have received but were livable.

Relaxing Stay - Good Location

We stayed in this home April 2022 with our 4 year old son, as well as a friend and her 2 daughters - 2 yrs and 11 yrs old. The home was spacious and well stocked. We had enough room for everyone without feeling crowded. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We really enjoyed the location and neighborhood. The area off University was close to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet with homes well maintained, and felt very safe. The kids loved the association pool and it was never crowded. The check in process was very easy. We recommend this rental for others.

My husband and I rented this home in February 2022. Upon arrival the entry code to the home was provided which made check-in easy. The home was clean and the owners left an informational binder that included the details needed for the home. The host was very responsive to a few questions we had about the property. This home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood that has sidewalks and a community pool, which is very clean and has lounge chairs and shade if needed. The back yard has a canopy with a table and chairs and was perfect for afternoon breaks. The home had everything we needed during our stay. It is located close to several restaurants, retail, shopping, beaches and attractions. It was the perfect location and neighborhood for us and we are planning to return next year.
