Property is exactly as listed, the owner, Iris, was very good as keeping me updated on everything. I was made aware of something not working so it prevented me from discovering it on my own. Nice neighborhood, very quiet.

The decor was super cute and beachy. Pet friendly environment. Loved the rooms - very comfortable beds. Ample space and very homey. Loved it. Would def stay again and recommend. Also loved the reading choices !

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. We were in Bradenton to attend my brother's wedding. This property is charming with very nice touches from the host. Super cute house!!!

I loved staying here!! So comfortable and welcoming !! So lucky my little 8 lb dog was able to be with me !! The hosts are so very nice and responsive!! Would definitely come stay again. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Mom plus two teen boys had all we could need and then some. Travel delays had us arriving after 2a. Imagine my delight to have some bottled water and snacks to greet us. Add an activities map, beach gear and the best pillows, and this is a wonderful home away from home. I would definitely stay again.

The host was great and available when we checked in. The layout of the house great for 3 generations. Location was perfect for us playing soccer at the IMG sports complex. Convenient to St Armand’s and the Colombian Restaurant.

Wow - in a GREAT way! I actually waited to write this review until I had time. I could sum it up by saying my "picky" mom had absolutely 0 complaints, which says ALOT. 1st- the house was SO cute and in a great, safe area. 2nd-the house was extremely clean, smelled amazing (but not too strong) and very welcoming. 3rd-excellent stock of whatever you need, including toiletries, which is SO appreciated! 4th- great layout and rooms. 5th - the owner was SO sweet and even left a little welcome stash!! 6th - location is great and great yard and screened in patio. ....I could go on and on! Overall probably top 3 properties I've stayed at through rentals - FULLY recommend!

This review is for the extra couple days we spent.it was a separate booking so I will just cover a couple things. See my previous review for more info on the stay. If you are looking for a pet friendly home close to AMI look no further. The home is wonderful, the neighborhood is safe & nice, the owners / managers are amazing people. Very easy no contact check in / check out process. But they are readily available if you need them for anything. The house is very close to anything you could want or need, The beach, stores, restaurants, nature reserves, and so on. We hope this helps anyone looking for a safe and fun family vacation! I know these are some of the questions we always have and are concerned about. Neighborhoods, Safety, and convenience. This house checks all the boxes for my family. Safe travels!

My family booked this home for the holidays! First impression was it felt like home right away. It is a beautiful home in a very nice & quiet neighborhood. We travel with our 2 dogs and you feel safe walking them down the street in the evening as a lot of the neighbors are doing the same. The house layout is very nice and convenient. The homeowners really nailed it with the furniture and decor they chose! It definitely has the Florida / beach theme going on without being over the top. Everything was comfortable the beds are amazing & comfortable, and most of all it was very clean and refreshing. The Home owners / managers are the best, they are very responsive to anything you may need or if you have a concern they respond quickly. If you get the chance to meet them in person you will see what I mean. We have been renting properties for a long time for our yearly vacations and this by far was our best experience yet!! We enjoyed ourselves so much, we contacted the owners to see if the property was available for a couple extra days. (We didn’t just want to jump on Vrbo and book without talking to them as they may have had plans for those days for the home) It was available, so we booked it for 2 extra days. We want to personally thank the owners/ management for a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to come back.
