Room and stay was wonderful. We went mid July so it was hot. Air conditioning does struggle to cool upstairs so if that is important to you, keep that in mind. Most of us sleep downstairs but it was 90 outside. Room had everything we needed and was very well stocked with supplies. 15 minute drives to our two favorite parks and right by the golf course. Great communication, great location, great view.

Excellent accommodations
We have stayed in the Lutsen area many times over the years. The accommodations at this location were one of the nicest we’ve stayed at. The kitchen/dining area was very well appointed and the decor was updated and fresh.

Great location at Lutsen!
An ideal location for a trip to Lutsen. The ski in/out was perfect, great views, access to Moguls/Papa Charlie’s, and the condo worked out perfectly for us!

Great location!
This is the perfect size for a family of 4! Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Easy to walk to ski slopes and nice to have the ski locker for our equipment.

This property was perfect for a family of four. We loved the location, including Ski in and Ski out, the hot tub, and the restaurant!

Another Great Stay!
Our second visit to this property and we weren’t disappointed. The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for our mini ski vacation.
We hope to return.

Great stay over MLK
Had a great short weekend at Lutsen. Unit was cozy and conveniently located literal steps from the hill for easy on/off.

Perfect location for a Lutsen Getaway
This property was a great fit for our family of four and had everything that we needed. Our favorite part of the condo was the deck with a great view of the grounds and surroundings!

Relaxing ski trip

Had a wonderful 24th anniversary stay at the Alpine Abode. The ski in/ski out was very convenient. Absolutely loved the fireplace.

We had an excellent stay at this Ski-In/Ski-Out 1BR Loft in Lutsen. The location couldn’t have been better—just a quick two-minute walk and we were on the slopes, which made skiing incredibly easy and convenient.The condo itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, thoughtfully set up, and perfect for relaxing after a full day on the mountain. The loft space was a great bonus and added extra room for our group.Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish—clear, timely, and helpful, which made the entire experience seamless.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable ski getaway in Lutsen.

Lutsen Xmas Break 2023
Have stayed at the Caribu Highlands several times and this has been our favorite unit. Great location, clean, nice layout furniture, etc. thanks to the hosts and management company!
