Welcome to your Lutsen Mountain getaway, a beautifully renovated, lofted ski-in/ski-out chalet-style condo at Caribou Highlands Resort. Perched on the top floor, this retreat offers incredible views of Bridge Run, Eagle, Ullr, and Mystery Mountains with year-round North Shore adventure right outside your door.

Spend winter days skiing or snowboarding directly from the resort, then return to your beautifully updated mountain retreat. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, golf, waterfalls, Lake Superior, and everything the North Shore has to offer.

Parking: One designated parking space is included.

Check-In: Self check-in directly at the unit. Your door code and arrival instructions will be provided approximately 48 hours before check-in.

Important Information

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.

Professionally managed by Escape Vacation Rental Management.
This unit is operated outside of the resorts rental pool. Please do not utilize the front desk and reach out to the unit owner/manager (posted inside the unit) with any questions or inquiries.

Awesome spot

My buddies and I stayed here and it was amazing definently 10 out of 10 will stay again. Also the fire place was amazing after boarding all day

The location of this condo is amazing, truly walk out the door, clip into skis and go. It is modern looking and comfortable and the kitchen worked well for cooking breakfast and dinners. We loved the heater option in the bathrooms, great for warming up after a cold day outside. Being close to many cross country ski and snowshoe trails is also a big positive of the location.

Nice place to stay

Loved our time in the unit. Easy to ski in/ski out, it was clean and comfortable. Not much storage if you are planning on cooking meals in the unit, but we made it work.

Nice property

Nice cozy place close to everything. Although not on the water, it was a quick 3 minutes down there. Great views of the area from the balcony. Nice evening gathering area as well.

Cozy, clean & convenient

Had a wonderful stay here while skiing at Lutsen!! Ski in and ski out, pool ping pong and hot tub on site and a decent restaurant within a short walk. Lutsen ticketing and rental offices within short walk as well. This home was very clean, cozy with strong manager communication.

Ski weekend with family

This ski in/ski out was a great fit for us while skiing at Lutsen. It was very convenient to come in for lunch. The unit was very clean and well set up.

Family trip

This was a bit of a last minute booking and everything went smoothly. The only concern was that someone came to property trying to show it to a potential buyer while we were occupying the rental.

Perfect northern vibe

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! It was wonderful to have thoughtful touches provided such as condiments, coffee, popcorn, bug spray, videos, games, etc. We spent each day hiking at nearby national parks. My only complaint was coming back to really uncomfortable mattresses.
