My family moved from New York to Florida in 1996 due to my husband's job. We were born in the wrong state as we are all beach lovers. We have 2 full grown married children that have made us grandparents to 10 grand-babies! My favorite day of the week is Sunday, I love to cook a big meal and just spend the day catching up with my family either at home while relaxing by the pool or now at the beach in our beautiful beach condo. I work part time for a bookkeeping company and my husband works as a quality engineer for a military aircraft company. We looked at several properties when we decided to purchase a second home, the main criteria was close to the beach. Who would have thought that we would find a property actually ON the beach? Cocoa Beach has always been one of our favorite day trips, there is nothing like it's sand and relaxed atmosphere. Over the years we have watched Cocoa Beach bloom, it has some of the best restaurants and the BEST miniature golf course (aka, Lighthouse Cove). Our unit is on the second floor, it is an outdoor entrance via a stair walk up and it is an end unit, which makes it a little quieter than most. It is the last group of buildings just before a locked private beach entry. The grounds of the property are very well maintained and the amenities are outstanding. The unit itself has been completely renovated. We updated the kitchen, changed all the cabinets, installed Quartz counters and brand new stainless steel appliances. We updated the bathroom, installed a new comfort height toilet and a modern vanity. The entire unit was painted a relaxing blue, vinyl floors were installed throughout and new linens were purchased for all bedding. We take pride in the final outcome and look forward to becoming your home away from home.

This unit is unique from any other property, it is well maintained, it offers private beach access (key entry required), a community heated pool, shuffle board, tennis and a BBQ grilling area. Imagine a beach with pristine white sand, emerald water and being so close to Cape Canaveral that when a rocket launches the ground beneath your feet rumbles. We are across the street from groceries, a delicious seafood food restaurant and a quaint Irish bar. Also across the street is a dollar store to but the things you may have forgotten to pack and the Red Box rental for your DVDs. We are less than 2 miles to the Cocoa Beach pier and about a a half mile from the world renowned Ron Jon. Won't you check us out?
