Cocoa Beach Gem

Well maintained, super clean property on Cocoa Beach. 1 minute and you are out on the beach for fun walks. Views to CB Pier and the Kennedy Space Center Launch. Condo kitchen has everything, including K Cup coffee maker and supplies. Super comfortable, feels like home. Owner available quickly for any questions. A lovely time!

Awesome location, Nice accommodations

This property is adjacent to the Cape Canaveral portion of Cocoa Beach and has an awesome view of the rocket launch pads. The property is spacious, nicely appointed, and clean. The building is understated, but you really should enjoy this units’ spacious rooms, large beds, convenient kitchen and pleasant living spaces.

Amazing!

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It was perfect for our time at Cocoa Beach. The owner is very helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Mike and Lora was very easy to communicate with and any minor issues that arose during our stay was resolved very quickly and professional as well as friendly. The facilities were very close to restaurants and places to shop for food and supplies. We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach with easy access to the beach. I would recommend their services and facility as a place to stay in Cocoa Beach. Great place to watch a space launch when can see one, as you can see the Cape very easy.

What a great little place!

We came for 4 days, and wanted a condo/apartment in the beach. This fit what we were looking for.. Cleanliness is one of our priorities- and this place was CLEAN. Beds extremely comfortable. A/c was great, ceiling fans-added bonus. The kitchen had every size pot, pan, and baking tools. The beach was right outside the door! Reserved parking also another plus. Our host was extremely responsive. Great little vacation!.

PERFECT Vacay Spot

We really loved our stay! the beach is less then a minute walk away and there is a private entrance from the patio leading to it, so many different stores and restaurants within walking distance. The place itself feels so cozy, right away it feels like a home away from home! And any questions during our stay including extending it, was answered quickly. We HIGHLY recommend this place!

Beach and Space Getaway

Was perfect for our family of 4. Right at the beach and close to everything you would need for shopping, eating and entertainment. Host even messaged about space launch times. The property and host were great.

Booked before Cruise

We booked this property the night before our Cruise. It was absolutely amazing, steps to the beach. We watched three cruise ships sail out of Cape Canaveral that night on the beach it was very relaxing. Our two teens shared the 2nd bedroom which had a queen and twin bed they were very comfortable. Every room had a TV, both bedrooms and the living room. Each bedroom had a charging station with 4 USB ports. A beautiful leather sofa to relax in the living room. We did Uber eats for dinner and breakfast which worked out perfectly, before checking out at 10 am. A $20 over ride to the cruise was smooth and seemless. It was an excellent stay, very clean, and we happened to meet the owners in passing on our way to the Beach that night, they were a pleasant couple! Highly recommend staying here!!!

Fun Mother/daughter trip

This beachfront property is amazing. I don’t think the properties description does it justice. Here is an overview: Location: It is a few steps to the beach. Literally down the stairs and out to the beach. We did not have a car…but there is a beach trolley at the end of the street that takes you up and down the Main Street. There is a Dunkin about 15 minute walk and right across the street from that there is a Publix and a variety of restaurants. Condo: The condo couldn’t be cleaner and stocked with everything you need. The beds/towels/beach towels were all super clean. There are beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board for the beach. All appliances in the kitchen were in perfect condition. Host: Lora was super responsive and was there to answer all our questions. Communication was great. There were no issues checking in. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to return myself at some point!!

The unit was very clean, quiet and well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Beach was nice and the unit had everything you needed for a day at the beach. We were fortunate enough to see 2 rocket launches. It was a nice get away.

Home away from home, but on the beach! 🐢 🐊 🐟 ⛱️

We felt right at home here. Everything we needed and didn't even know we needed was at hand. We were headed on a cruise, but wanted to spend a few nights in Cocoa Beach beforehand and picked the right place. Our first night we wanted to go down to the beach so we went in the dark. It was amazing and turned out to be a once in a lifetime event for a non-floridian. We were standing and admiring the moon, the stars, the beach, the waves.... when I saw something moving in the sand next to me. It was a giant sea turtle who had come ashore to dig a nest and lay her eggs! We were so amazed to be just feet away from this amazing sight! We backed up to watch her from a distance for awhile. We couldn't believe we literally almost stumbled into this amazing experience! This has been the highlight of our trip! Anyways, back to this fabulous property. We found the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows and extras. The living room was comfortable and inviting and the kitchen was ready for whatever we had in mind. The view from the bedrooms isn't straight to the beach, but you can see the ocean and the waves coming in just fine. There's lots to do in the area. We went parasailing, did a bioluminescence kayak outing (where we held glowing jellyfish and saw a gator swimming near us) and ate lots of great food. If there's a rocket launch you will have a great vantage point from the beach. Don't forget to wake up early to watch the sunrise!

Great overnight stay

This was a great alternative to a hotel for the night before cruising out of Port Canaveral. The host was very easy to work with and I liked that it was owner/host. They allowed us to check out an hour later than posted and I really appreciated it.

Clean and convenient

We stayed for a night before our cruise and this place was perfect. The little touches and thoughtfulness of the owners really makes it great. Things like having plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes on and luggage stands in the bedrooms just make your stay easier. It is on the second level in the corner so you don't have a direct view of the ocean from the unit itself but the beach boardwalk is a very short walk away. This rental is a great value for all its amenities and is certainly better maintained than all the other rentals or hotels I have stayed at in the area over the last few years. We would definitely come back again.

Quick trip

We had family visiting and they had never seen a sunrise over the ocean. This was the perfect spot to wake up, walk a few steps and enjoy a beautiful sunrise.
