Stayed there 2 times before and the sliding glass door to patio still sticks so you can barely get it open, other than that is was great.

Great location needs cosmetic work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo rental has a lot to recommend it. That being said, it needs some work. The laundry area was missing a door. Until needs a fresh coat of paint, shower curtain on the outside had black mold. The picture on booking does not exactly match the unit. We loved the location. It was right on the beach and centrally located within cocoa. The place was mostly clean, beds were ok. It had a washer and dryer which were in good condition and easy to operate. The kitchen appliances were in good working order and clean, but a little dated. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Overall we really enjoyed this place. It really just needs a makeover..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience would stay again. Close to downtown, not so close to the pier. Good privacy and good surfing, beach access was nice. Only downside was ghost ants in the unit. So all food had to be kept in the fridge nothing left out. Other than that, great experience would stay again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice location just steps from the beach. Had a great view of an evening rocket launch. Value was good. Condo was outdated and had a terrible musty smell. So bad caused asthma flare up. Couch was uncomfortable and back too short to sit. Smoke detectors kept beeping and the sliding door did not lock. The bedrooms both had their own baths which was nice but the queen bed had a plastic protector and was very uncomfortable. Sounded like you were sleeping on a potato chip bag. King bed was okay. Pillow were flat and no extras. Needs some TLC.

Great Family Trip!

I had a question our first evening for the property manager, Cathy who was quick to respond and very helpful. The location to the beach, pool and BBQ were fantastic. We enjoyed the close proximity to great restaurants. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was very convenient. We would definitely go back. The couches were a little uncomfortable and a rug and coffee table would make the living room even more comfy. The location to the beach, pool and BBQ was perfect. Overall super happy with the place! Thank you!

Cocoa Beach 4 Night Stay

The location was fantastic!! Direct access to the beach!! Overall, it’s a nice place. The only thing that needs to be improved is the guest bedroom bed and mattress (very squeaky and uncomfortable). Lastly, the sliding glass door is very hard to close and open. Would definitely stay here again.

extraordinary beach access

The location is what this unit has going for it...literally steps from the beach... amazing. Truly a self-catered experience but basics provided to get started. Clean and functional (though dated).

Easy access to Beach right out the back door. Nice patio to view and hear the ocean. Quite beach. Bathrooms needed remodeling, but everything else was great.

Terrible, outdated, unsafe condo.

We just returned a week ago yesterday from this Spanish Main condo rental. It is a great beachside location, and that is where the positives end. Unfortunately, the sliding glass door and the windows in the unit are in need of replacement. The patio door barely opens and closes. The windows in the master bedroom are so old, rusted and warped that they no longer lock and they also leak. It rained the first two nights we were there and water poured in through the top. We had to place multiple towels on the floor to soak up the water. Per our email confirmation guidance, we are asked to reach out to the property manager, Cathy V. on the provided cell phone number. She got back to us and said “Oh yes, we know about the windows and the sliding glass door. They are due to be replaced.” Why then, are you still renting this place?! The windows leak, the patio door barely opens and closes, and most importantly, it is not safe; as this ground level condominium allows anybody from the walkway out front to just slide open the obviously unlocked/broken windows and rob you. She did not have a good answer. We requested a different unit or a refund. She said she would reach out to the owner Daniel and get back to us. Despite several more phone calls to her, we never heard back from her or the owner. The second day we were there, we realized that the toilet paper in the bathrooms were both half empty upon check-in. There were no spares available. The same went for the paper towels. While they do tell you in the check in email that those items are not provided after the initial starter pack, we didn’t even get a full amount to begin with. The unit is severely outdated, and in need of a massive refresh. The couch is old, dirty, and sags. The ventilation fan in the master bathroom doesn’t work and the cover is missing, exposing all the rusted out metal underneath. It looks horrible. I have pictures of all of these items. The final kicker was on Wednesday of our stay when a very rude property manager for the Condominiums walked up to us sitting out on the back patio and told us we would have to vacate the patio for 24 hours either Thursday or Friday for painting. We also reached out to VRBO via their “Book with Confidence Guarantee”. VRBO said the property is run by the management company and there is nothing they could do about it. We were totally screwed. What a lousy landlord, condominium unit, and fail on the part of VRBO customer service. Don’t stay here!

Amazing Ocean Front View

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many times at Spanish Main and love the location with the view of the ocean. This unit was great because it was right near the walk way to the beach and with kids and chairs its nice its so close. The only complaint I would have is that it needs a lot of updating in the condo. The bathroom vanity didnt have a bottom to it, closet doors not shutting and just overall can tell it's been awhile since any updates have been made. I would def get this one again and recommend it to others.
