Fantastic Condo!!!

This newly remodeled unit was beautifully done and enjoys great ocean views and easy access to the beach and pool. Unit is well appointed to make the stay comfortable. Great location to get to all the dinning spots yet away from the congestion. I'd stay there again in a minute.

Great location on the beach! Beautiful sunsets. Views of ocean from almost every room. Clean and fully stocked. Will be back again!

The best place on the beach!

This property was perfect for our family summer vacation. It was right on the water and included everything you could ever want for your days on the beach! Our host, Heather, was so friendly and easy to work with. She went out of her way to make sure our family was comfortable! We hope we get to stay again one day!

Location! Location! Location!

You can't get any better than the location of this condo. Walk out to the gorgeous private beach or take a short bike ride into St. Armands Circle for great restaurants and shopping. Everything you need is provided for a beautiful and restful vacation. Top notch!

Beachfront retreat

Direct ocean views! Great beach and large pool! Our family had a wonderful time this summer. We will definitely be back. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. Poolside grill is available for cookouts. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions. Ease of check-in and checkout were greatly appreciated.

Vacation of a lifetime

This property was amazing. The owners answered any communication immediately. The beach was beautiful and the access was easy. Swimming with the manatees and dolphins was an experience like no other. The pool was excellent, especially the lap lanes for our high school swimmers to practice. And finally the condo itself was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen! Our entire family enjoyed our vacation and can’t wait to return!

Immediately on the beach

Rare three bedroom unit at Beachplace. Entirely refurbished in exclusive material and design. Well equipped kitchen, laundry etc. Friendly, accommodating and available host. Needed additional pots - arrived next day. Nice pool area. Outdoor patio w sunset. Master bedroom with giant bed w guld view and ensuite bath. Our travel savy kids 27/30 were also quite happy.

Paradise

Wonderful beachfront condo with easy access to pool and beach. Great host (Heather) who communicates well and makes sure any issues are resolved quickly. Heather goes above and beyond to make sure everything is as it should be and her guests are happy. The condo is clean, well-equipped, comfortable and beautiful. Workspace in primary bedroom is a plus for remote working with gorgeous beach views. Chair and umbrella setups on the beach are already waiting, which is great. We hope to return to this slice of paradise!

One of the best units we’ve rented at Beachplace

The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. The owners redesigned the floor plan into a comfortable, modern three-bedroom unit. They thought of everything. We rarely find units that have everything you could want at a beach place. From comfortable bedding and linens to games and beach toys. We cook frequently at the beach and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kitchen has wonderful appliances and the beverage/wine cooler provided extra storage outside the fridge for drinks. We thoroughly enjoyed starting our days drinking coffee on the balcony while listening to the waves break on the shore.

Below are three worthwhile points to demonstrate the caliber of our visit:1.Accommodations: The accommodations greatly surpassed our expectations. A well-thought-out floor plan which allowed us to rest/shower comfortably, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, and the very best kitchen appliances which allowed our party to maximize in-home meal planning and meal preparation. 2.Location: The Blue Pearl is situated steps from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and allowed our party to maximize our time at the beach. Additionally, the location provided our party simple and easy access to all of the points of interest for our visit. Located on the south end of Longboat Key, we were afforded simply commutes to places like St. Armand's Circle, the grocery store, and downtown Sarasota. The ease of accessibility to points of interests added significant value to our experience.3.Customer Service: Like anything, people matter and communication with people can “make or break” a trip. My experience with Heather has been a masterclass in care for property and customer service. The service program that Heather has built for Blue Pearl is welcoming, reliable, consistent and ultimately the “magic” of creating an amazing experience. I am grateful for her willingness to be of service during our visit and is a significant differentiator when comparing the Blue Pearly to other properties.If you are traveling to Longboat Key, look no further than the Blue Pearl!

Beach Heaven at Beachplace

This is the perfect 'beach get away' place. The location is quiet, yet the beach and waves are steps away. Along with beautiful Gulf views, it's beautifully furnished, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels! We enjoyed all the other amenities Beachplace offers too; tennis, a lap pool and spa and a clean modern gym. We had a great vacation!

Spectacular! The best VRBO that we’ve ever stayed in!

The pictures were spot on. The condo was beautifully decorated and was well equipped with everything that we needed. The view is breathtaking and falling asleep to the crashing of the waves is priceless. The location was perfect. You’re close to everything, including St Armand Circle. Our host was amazing and made us feel right at home. The best of the best! We plan on returning again and again!
