This was the perfect place for us to stay! We appreciated being able to have a long weekend vacation to stay with our dogs at a time the colors are optimal. It was very easy to travel around the North Shore both north and south. The amenities were great and make it a nice place to stay year round. We hope to be able to stay again!

Great cabin and location
We’ve stayed here before and would stay here again. Great location by many state parks, comfortable beds, responsive host, has amenities we appreciate like a dishwasher and washer and dryer, and a cozy feel to the interior.

Prime location, very comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of amenities, kitchen was very well stocked, and the location was perfect for getting around to some great hiking trails.

Awesome place
Beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything you needed for cooking indoors or outdoors. The sauna was awesome and a great way to end the night.

Great location
This cabin was clean had everything we needed, cozy with the fireplace & great location to so many trails, Tettegouche & grand marais.

Perfect North Shore Base Camp
Amazing location just minutes away from great hikes, trails, waterfalls, rivers, the lake, and bars/restaurants. And it really feels like home - clean, comfortable, all the amenities you need for an incredible trip to the north shore.

Absolutely amazing stay. Cabin was beautiful and impeccably clean. It was so quiet and calm, Mel the property manager was so attentive and easy to get ahold of. We didn't want to leave!!!

Perfect Cabin
This was our second time staying at this cabin and it did nothing but improve. We will be looking to come back for a third stay. Great location and right off the main road.

Great Location
This is our second time at this location. Great spot for access to the Superior Hiking Trail. Very comfortable and clean lodging and great managers to work with.

great location for snowmobiling
easy access to trails and trailer parking plenty of room for 7-10 snowmobiles to park with the trucks and trailers clean cabin and fully furnished
