Thanks for your review. We are delighted to know you and your family enjoyed your time on Bald Head and at our home. As you said we are very communicative with our renters. In the case of the refrigerator issues, we actually were trying to get that resolved. As you know, during this time in the initial couple days of your stay, we also had to make additional requests to you to make your final payment which was 30 days overdue and you had already checked-in. We have not gotten complaints about the kitchen appliances, all of which are within five years of age, but we will assess them further during our end of year deep clean. The shelf replacement is on order.
