Check out our discounted rate for Sunday to Thursday stays with a 4 night minimum!!!!!

Pontoon boats available for rent if desired.
We can not have outside guests at this home that are not staying at the property. Parking is an issue that is why the total occupancy is up to 10 people.
During the summer we rent from Thursday to Sunday (3 night minimum) then Sunday to Thursday at a discount (4 night minimum) you can book any combinations of those check in and check out times. For example if it’s available you can take a Thursday check in and stay until the following Sunday if needed. (That would be 10 nights).

3 bedroom home near Lake Geneva, Lake Delavan, Alpine Valley and Fontana.
After booking ask about the pontoon boat rentals we offer.
Activities: fishing, boating, wave runners, biking, snowmobiling, skiing, ice fishing, bonfires.
Master Bedroom: King.
Bedroom 2: Queen.
Bedroom 3: Full over Full Bunk Bed.
Family Rm: 2 sofa sleepers.
Quiet lake home on private drive.
About 400 feet from lake on a private street. Newly built and kept very clean.
Family oriented home with parking for 5 cars.
Outdoor fire pit for campfires. Reasonably priced.
We have plenty of land to play games or enjoy the bag game we supply. Good fishing off the pier.

We absolutely loved this cozy cabin just steps from the lake. Very quiet and secluded. We were there right after Xmas till January 1st and enjoyed the local food establishments. Plenty of room, loved the real fireplace!! Beds and furniture super comfy. Will return in summer!

Great place near skiing

Lovely summer getaway

We had a great trip to Delavan! Vince and Nancy were fantastic hosts and the property was exactly what we needed for the stay. We also decided to rent one of the pontoon boats which was super easy and a ton of fun.

3 bedroom Lake house

This is a nice place to stay with a short walk to the lake. It had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our requests. We would stay here again.

We had a great weekend, the cabin was top notch and it was easy to get to different places. the fishing wasn't great but that wasn't covered in the rental. If I can figure out how to resize a couple of pictures I'll add them. thanks to Vince for a great place

The kitchen and the setup of this home is amazing, beautiful and comfortable home.

We were in town for my daughter's wedding, loved this spacious and beautiful home! The kitchen is especially amazing! Vince is the best host, went above and beyond to make our visit amazing!

Wedding and Birthday weekend

We spent the weekend here for a birthday and wedding in nearby Lake Geneva. The place was perfect and had everything we needed! Vince was very kind and accomodating as well. I definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful Property!

We so enjoyed our visit to the property. It was clean, modern and the host, Vince was helpful with any questions we had. Great location that is walkable to local restaurants and pubs. Great place. Check it out!

Girls Weekend Geneva Lake Walk

Accommodated six of us comfortably. Two full baths was a plus. Owners were very friendly and readily available with anything we needed. Hoping to stay here again when we do the other half of the Lake walk.
