Our spacious home offers something for everyone in your group. The house has been furnished and decorated with attention to every single detail. It has modern touches and a very functional floor plan. There is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, oven, blender, microwave, everything that is needed to cook. The house is conveniently located close by supermarkets, Walmart, Vons, drugstores, coffee shops and all different kinds of restaurants, just a short drive to the airport and Strip (20 minutes) and in an area where you will skip the rush hour.

We want to welcome you to our stunning and comfortable vacation property that will make you feel like your own home. We will provide you with all the amenities and details that will allow your family, friends, coworkers, etc. to pleasantly enjoy your and their stay in Las Vegas.

The pool or Spa heater fee is $100 per day with a minimum of 3 days or $600 for 1 week. Please let the manager know 3 days before your check-in date if you want the pool or spa to be heated.

Quiet hours 10 PM to 9 AM
Outdoor music is not allowed
Music is not allowed during quiet hours

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is at 3 PM
Check-out time is at 11 AM.


SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking inside will be an immediate $1000 fee from your deposit.


POOL
We have no control over the weather. The pool cleaning is performed every week between Tuesdays and Sundays, if you need the pool cleaned at check-in the fee is $75. For the best experience please let the manager know 5 days before your check-in date.

Pool and Spa heating is available during winter only. The spa and pool temperatures are set to 90 degrees. The heater fee is $99 per day with a minimum of 3 days or $599 for 1 week. For the best experience please let the manager know 5 days before your check-in date.

OVERNIGHT GUESTS AND DAYTIME VISITORS
All daytime and overnight guests must be disclosed at the time of the reservation. The fee for undisclosed guests after the reservation is approved is $75 per guest.


NOISE
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and we have strictly enforced sound ordinances. We have ZERO tolerance for parties. No outdoor music (at all, ever) is permitted during the day or night. People noise (outdoor/pool noise) is permissible during the day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM but it should be reasonable.
Noise level is measured with a privacy-free noise meter.
IMPORTANT: People noise (outdoor/pool noise) should be non-existent after 9:00 PM.

We have 24hs security to enforce the sound ordinance, if the noise monitor triggers the guest will receive a warning message through the rental platform, also it will be contacted by phone. After the second warning, the reservation will be canceled and all guests will be required to immediately vacate the property, without any refunds.
If security is involved the fee is $500.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

AC thermostats are locked between 70 and 78 degrees to avoid AC unit malfunction.

Excessive use of utilities, trash, laundry, and cleaning will require extra fees.

Rearranging indoor and outdoor furniture, and reprogramming TV remotes or settings will require extra fees.

Please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

Any noise, noise, or complaints will be an immediate $500 fee from your deposit.

Please note: no refunds for technical issues involving cable, Internet, pool, appliances, etc

No Bachelor, no bachelorettes.

The maximum occupancy for this property is 11 including children.
