A well-equipped kitchen, spacious living and family rooms, a dining room table with seating for six, a fenced-in backyard with furnished patio and propane BBQ grill, and a partially finished basement with a futon sofa and room for kids to play all make this a great home for families. A jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom and TVs in each bedroom offer spots for relaxation while large-screen TVs in the family room and basement provide great places to gather together. YouTube TV makes local and national programming available in every room and the Wi-Fi is blazing fast throughout the house.

Great for Families

Lots of space (as pictured) and plenty of toys for little ones. Location is close to the highway, Olde Town Arvada and 20 minutes to the city. Definitely a great spot for families or groups.

Very comfortable, well stocked, quiet neighborhood close to old Town Arvada

Great place for families. We wanted a place close to our daughter, son-in-law, & granddaughters who live in Arvada and this was perfect! Stayed for 9 days! Great grandparents visited for 2 nights, kept our 11/2 granddaughter for 4 nights. This place was perfect for all ages.

Lovely house in a great location

We had a great time staying here, fit 5 people comfortably. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Denver and wanting to stay close to the city and close to the mountains

Great place to stay!!

Nice house for all 7 of us! The beds were comfortable. The back patio was a nice relaxing area. With 3 living rooms none of the kids or adults were ever cramped for space.

Home in Arvada

Love this home! It fit all of us perfectly! We were in town for our daughter’s softball tournament and family came in to join us. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice home with plenty of room. Very clean. Seemed newly renovated. Our family of five ith adult children enjoyed the larger beds. Kitchen pretty well stocked. Only negative was missing curtains in basement bedroom...could see through emergency window. It had lots of tvs and comfortable couches. Good location to old Towne or get on highway quickly.

Spacious and conveniently located.

Great place with plenty of space for everyone. Equipped with everything you'd need. Within walking distance to multiple stores, restaurants and a park. Love the whirlpool tub!

Perfect location

Perfect spot for our group. Easy drive to red rocks and airport. Not far from some mountain drives and Idaho Springs. The local spots for food and brew were superb and CLOSE. 1.5 minutes to Walmart. The house is clean and well stocked with plenty of everything you need, dishes / cookware/ towels/ shampoo/ toilet paper etc. plenty of space to spread out with multiple tv’s and living space. Secure garage parking. Something we are picky about is water pressure for showers and this place is great in that dept. The heat is a little touchy to get right with beds upstairs and in basement but workable. They provide fans. And be advised there are plenty of stairs. No ground level beds. Not an issue for most but could be, so be aware. Host provides fantastic communication. Overall it was a great choice for a great price with zero complaints.

Family wedding and vacation

This was a great place to stay. It was centrally located to our wedding events and trips to Denver, Golden, Rocky Mt National Park and Idaho Springs. The house was very room with different living areas making it great for a larger group or family. They did supply bathroom essentials but in small volumes so you would want to bring your own if staying for more than a couple nights. Plenty of bathroom towels were available. The sliding back door was difficult to figure out how to lock. We were able to lock it but it doesn’t work like it should. The listing also said it had a ironing board but it was not functional and we had to use a sheet instead. Coffee maker is for K-cups. They did have a coffee supplies but it was grounds/filters. Overall a great rental and would stay here again. Walmart is less than a mile to get all your supplies when you arrive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location worked perfectly for us, as we traveled in all directions. Rental was mostly updated, and had fast WiFi. Rooms were comfy and worked perfectly for your family. The only downside was the AC system - temperature were around 100 Deg F outside on 3 days. The basement stayed cool but the upper floor was warm, as a few vents were not works not and we could not close some of the lower floor vents to balance the air.

Located close to family and conveniences

The house was very accommodating and clean. All bedrooms had a TV. Nice backyard and many toys for the babies. Walmart was right around the corner. The one issue is that the lock on the sliding back door should be fixed. We did use the wood piece of molding provided. We still felt safe though!

Visiting Arvada

This property was roomy enough for 5 adults, plenty of space/TV's and beds were very comfortable. We ran out of propane while using the BBQ. Bought a new tank and were quickly reinbursed for the cost. We did cook a Thanksgving meal, was a little leary of the older oven, but everything turned out great. Could use more than two wine glasses , a proper cork screw and meat thermometer, but we managed. Although we did not have any small children it was stocked with lots of kid's toys/plates and utensils a pack N play etc. We walked to Olde Town Arvada and grocery shopping near by. All in all a good stay.

House fine; service not

Easy checkin. The house was clean and well stocked. Beds comfortable. Day after checkin was cold and we couldn’t turn on heat. Reached out to property manager, and got a response but no actual help. After two cold nights and mornings, we headed home. Still no heat or signs of correcting the problem. Have never had an issue renting a home before.
