The home was very accommodating for all your needs. Comfy, clean. I really enjoyed that each room had their own A/C unit with fans. Would stay here again.

The house was great for our trip. Enough space for all of us to spread out and the beds were very comfortable. Hot tub and outdoor space was a nice touch and made the trip even better and more relaxing.

Bachelor Trip

Had a great time. The layout was fantastic, especially the out door patio area. Beds were all tempur-pedic which was great.

Fantastic Chill Hub for All Denver Needs

Our stay here was fantastic what a wonderful base camp for a trip to Denver! The house was beautiful and the jam room made our stay so much fun. Anson was very helpful with our request for early check in. The backyard and fire pit were a huge hit for our group too. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Property went beyond our expectations, ended up spending more time in the rental than expected because of the amenities. The place put our vacation over the top. Great communication from the host, who was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty chill

The layout of the house is a little strange, and lacks a little privacy downstairs, but we all still had a good time. Beautiful views. Loved all the seating in different areas.

Good location

Safe quiet neighborhood. Starbucks within walking distance. King size beds! One thing to add to the house is a pan to cook spaghetti in.

Awesome stay for group

The property was little hard to find at first as the driveway was long and we got to the property pretty late. The house is super cute and was really fun to hangout at wether we were in the Jam room, playing the arcade games, hanging out outside or playing games upstairs. Our group of 7 really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home

We loved the home, very spacious and open for our traveling band. The practice music room was a plus..! Very clean and we had great communication with the property manager. High end AC. Nice back yard and front porch area. Also, probably the most important thing, the beds were very comfy. Thank you for having us and we’ll probably stay here again when we pass through Denver area.

Upon arrival we were a little shocked seeing that the house looked a little rough on the exterior compared to the listing pics. We were looking forward to using the hot tub the first night we arrived but its temperature was 57 degrees. The house was also 80 degrees when we walked in and it took a while to cool down. The last night during our stay the temperature in the house rose to 77 and it would not go down. Other than the outside space and outdoor furniture needing a little TLC, we enjoyed the mountain view from the front porch and the hot tub once it got to temperature. The communication from the host was very fast and helpful. The house did its purpose for our party of 5’s weekend in Denver.

Thank you for a great stay! The house was clean and very well-stocked with everything our family of six could possibly need! The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. We appreciated that! There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, etc. Thank you for being so generous. The location was great for us as well. Communication before and during our stay was top notch which made everything very easy. We had a great visit to Denver!

Excellent place to stay! Host was very responsive when we needed more washcloths and for hot tub issue. Part of the hot tub didn’t work but I communicated that and it didn’t affect our stay at all. All the rooms are nicely furnished and we felt at home in this place. Highly recommend!
