We had a fantastic stay. The house is even better than the pictures show. Comfortable and clean, nice hot tub, great location. Jill was very responsive and allowed us to have a late check out. We will stay again!

This rental was a pleasant surprise. The park just down the block was excellent, particularly for those with pets, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The carving knives were even sharp!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, walking distance to a big park and shops down the road. The house was stocked with all the essentials. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy. We would definitely come back.

Such a nice space! They really thought of everything we loved the location right near a park the fenced yard for our dog. They had games for kiddos to play the fun garage playroom and a nice clean hot tub to relax in.

Excellent location. Exactly as stated. Host was prompt and helpful with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay again if the situation arises.

This little updated home was cozy and pleasant with an extremely comfortable king sized bed in the master bedroom. The back den was a nice niche for our teenager to have their privacy and space to have a visitor. The location was within walking distance of a park and beer garden that is family friendly. Old Towne is very close, as are grocery stores and several restaurants and bars. Plenty of places to to see and things to do. We appreciated the proximity to hiking in the Rocky Mountains and just under an hour and a half to Estes Park. The neighborhood was an older, established middle-class area that seemed safe enough to walk in the evenings. Lots of people walking and taking their dogs to the park down the street. The location was terrific. We did not use the hot tub, so can't render an opinion, but the game room with shuffle board and bean bag was a nice touch. If you have a pet, they can accommodate it. We saw little pet nooks in the living room and back den. The backyard was a decent size. There were only a couple of very minor quirks typical of an older house, but management was very responsive and timely. We plan to book with Jill again and would not hesitate to recommend this Arvada home for a smaller group or party of about 6 or less for optimal room and space to move around.

Cute house and right on a pretty walkway. A short walk to a great, casual restaurant (Beer Garden) and store (Walmart). Owner is super responsive .

This was a great place! My dog loved having a backyard to roam around in. We loved hearing the rain on the skylights in the living room. The rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great location and so clean!

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The park down the street is an added bonus especially if you have dogs. It was convenient to Boulder and Denver where we were visiting friends and family.

Amazing time in Denver

The house was in a great location, had wonderful amenities and we used the hot tub every single day!! Wonderful time, if we are in the area again , we will definitely stay here.

Check in was easy the code at first did not work but Jill was able to get us a new code right away. The house was great it felt like being at home! The kitchen was amazing, my son came over and cooked his famous meatballs and was impressed with all the kitchen supplies they had for a rental! The backyard for the dogs was great, except for the neighbors dog who was not very friendly. There is a little gap in the fence that should be fixed so this doesn't happen. The air-conditioning was okay during the day the skylights in the living room got direct sunlight and really made the house warm. The one bedroom in the back did not have any air coming out of the vents. Other than that we had a great stay!! Such an amazing location and a great park one 1/2 a block away to walk your dogs. So close to many hikes in the area! Thanks again for such a great visit!

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot for my family get together! Spacious home; roomy kitchen for all of the cooks; very comfortable beds and the hot tub was awesome! We had a great visit with family! We would definitely stay here again. Close to stores and restaurants and cute little shops.

We enjoyed our stay in Arvada. The house fit our needs - plenty of space for our group of 5 to hang out. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was nice for morning coffee before it was too hot and house was equipped with fans and air conditioning. The house was close to grocery stores, Arvada Beer Garden, shopping and Olde Town Arvada.

Ducks Family Vacation

The property was clean with many amenities, located near Olde Town Arvada. It’s in close proximity to Red Rocks, Black Hawk Casinos, Denver, Golden, and Boulder. We were able to do a lot of scenic day trips without spending a lot of time traveling. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Cute House near everything

We stayed here while dropping our Son off at college in Golden. It was a clean cute house with a great kitchen and easy access to anywhere in the Denver/Boulder area. We loved the hot tub and the yard games and would stay here again!
