You have the run of the house! This beautiful property will please the pickiest of renters. Updated with the character and charm of the French country, enjoy travertine flooring, stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, full-size washer and dryer in unit, and many special touches throughout. Stocked with all the cooking equipment and basic pantry staples you might need to for dining in. Relax outdoors with seating on the front or back patios, or take a dip in the private community pool that's only steps from this unit. Two private covered parking spaces sit conveniently in front of the home for easy access to and from the car. This townhouse is centrally located with dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. Easily bike or bus to almost anywhere in town. We recommend a car for getting around, but Uber or Lyft are also available. Visit once and this will be your new favorite place whenever you return to Tucson.

This place is super cute! It was quiet, and well stocked with the little things a traveler may forget to pack. The pool is a short path away (about a 30 second walk), it’s crystal clear and private. If I ever have the misfortune to need to stay in Tucson again, it’ll be here. The host is also very nice, and wants to be sure all needs are met. I highly recommend!

Perfect home

I can't say enough good things about Russelin and her beautiful home. It's exactly as pictured and was so comfortable. It was so easy to check in and Russelin was so responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this home for anyone going to the Tucson area. Thanks Russelin!!

Fantastic Stay

This was a perfect place for my husband, son and myself. It was great to be able to make breakfast in the morning before going out for the day. We had lousy weather so didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the deck or pool area. Having laundry facilities was also super helpful.

Nice Place to stay

What a cozy, cute place. We were not disappointed, the unit was clean, well appointed and in a great location. Will stay there again if we make another trip to Tucson.

Absolutely delightful!!!

The property was just as described - warm, inviting, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully accommodated. Russelin was the perfect host - responding immediately to the few questions I had. I would not only recommend Russelin's lovely home to ANYONE traveling to/through Tucson, looking for comfortable, safe and inspiring lodging, I will absolutely book with her again in future travels to Tucson.

Lovely Central Charmer

We enjoyed staying in the Central Charmer. The little house was comfortable, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed and more. Our host, Russelin, is very organized. Check in/check out were described clearly so they were easy. We were close to restaurants and shopping, and we would come back again.

Great little place

Enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was not the best, to be honest, but the little house was secure, clean and comfortable. Beds were extremely firm, but comfortable overall. We liked that there was laundry on site and really enjoyed the patio. Communication was prompt.

Clean and cozy home

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this property and all the comforts of home that were provided. All the kitchen equipment one would need plus basic pantry supplies. There was also laundry detergent and toiletry items for use as needed. The living area was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable, the covered parking area was wonderful. Communication with the owner was excellent! The only disappointment was the community pool. It was filthy and there was only one lounge chair to sit on in the whole pool area. Overall, I would recommend this property to others!

Awesome!!

Russelin’s quaint place is lovely, spacious, comfortable and CLEAN!! It was perfect for a quiet sister getaway weekend and the location was good for our needs. Russelin is a fantastic host, quick to reply, and her attention to details on every level is exceptional! When visiting Tucson in the future, this is where I want to stay. No need to hesitate, book it :-)!

Perfect condo to come home to after an active day in Tuscon

The condo exuded charm. The neighborhood was a bit odd and the outside of the unit was plain vanilla but the hosts transformed the interior to mirror a small French pied-à-terre. I ate out all my meals except for breakfast but the kitchen appeared well equipped to cook if I so chose. Everything was as described and worked flawlessly. I came to ride my bicycle up several local mountains and the unit was centrally located between all of them and quite close to the University Campus as well as 2 art cinemas. If I return to Tucson I know where I will stay again.

Lovely, convenient spot while taking care of mom

My daughter and I found Russelin's place a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a few days while I checked on my mother. I would have enjoyed the pool, had I had more leisure time. The location of the condo was very convenient and only made me wish I had thought to rent a bike since it is on the 3rd Street bikeway.

This is thee best place we have stayed at this far. Clean! UPDATED!! Well kept, stocked with essentials. Decorated very cute. Perfect size, location, and has a pool. I am boujee and it was amazing.

Charming two bath, two bedroom apartment.

The apartment is tucked away on a side street. It was a little difficult to find but once you arrive-oh my goodness! The owner has really thought of everything to accommodate your needs. The property is very secure and there are two designated parking spots for your use. The apartment is lovely. The space is utilized perfectly. There is a comfortable living room with a large tv and a dining area that accommodates up to four people. The kitchen is well stocked. No need to bring your own salt and pepper, garbage bags or detergent. They have every utensils, pot, pan, strainer that you need. And I think it’s noteworthy to say that the dishes and cookware are as nice as something you would own at home. I truly was expecting to see hand me down cookware but this is new and well maintained. There is a nice dishwasher, stackable washer and dryer, and stove-all located in the kitchen. With all of that there is still plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is your standard coffee maker but she even has a blender which I didn’t expect. I’m sure I’m missing some items but if you need it, it’s probably there. The bed was very comfortable. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a step down shower and safety handles, which would be very nice for an older person or someone who needs assistance. The bathroom off of the hallway has a full sized tub. Both bathrooms have skylights that provide a surprising amount of light in. There was no need to turn a light on to go to the restroom in the middle of the night and no need to turn a light on in the bathroom in the daytime. There are two outside seating areas. One is out front by the parking area and front door. The other is a secluded/walled area that you can get to from either bedroom or a doorway off of the hallway. There is a small pool you have access to but I didn’t have any time to spend there, as we were out and about doing touristy things daily. The place is very well decorated and comfortable. She has antiques and modern furniture. You can tell she has put a lot of thought and care into every detail. I will definitely stay here again.

Central Location

I was looking for something between Marana and South Tucson so we could visit family in both locations and this place fit the bill perfectly. It has everything you need! We definitely over packed for our week stay since there's a washer/dryer and Russelin supplies all sorts of extras! We found a Walmart close by for groceries for quick breakfasts but we didn't cook at all since we spent most of our time with family. It looked like there was a fully equipped kitchen, though. We used the pool a couple of times and were the only ones there! It was easy to communicate with Russelin. She's super responsive and quick to do so - I would recommend her place for sure!

French paradise

We were pleasantly surprised with the beauty and details of our wonderful home away from home. Our host extended her hospitality in providing many little extras in the kitchen, laundry, bath and bedrooms to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I would highly recommend staying here if travel plans bring you to Tucson. We loved it.
