Located in the Heart of Tucson on a Corner Lot, This Home Has Been Tastefully Redone ! The updated kitchen features granite countertops and opens to a spacious dining area—ideal for both casual meals and entertaining. As you step inside, you’ll find a long, inviting living room with plenty of seating, free Wi-Fi, and DIRECTV for your entertainment.

The home is tiled throughout, except in the cozy bedrooms, and includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and all the essentials.

The Backyard -
Enjoy a covered patio with comfortable lounge furniture, a picnic table, and lush artificial grass. An umbrella and mature mesquite trees offer plenty of shade—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Tucson.

Clean, comfortable and good location.

The house was very cute. It was nice and clean and in a convenient location to everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We would stay again if we are ever in the Tucson area.

Quiet and Relaxing!!!

This is our 2nd stay & coming out for a 3rd time soon! Beautiful, quite, relaxing & would not want to stay anywhere else. We're 30-40mins in any direction to visit our family! Also, would recommend burritos at "Barista Del Barrio"!

Cute little house right off of Speedway… So the location was great. The kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Check-in was also very easy. The beds are super firm and the bed I slept in squeaked quite a bit. Anytime we moved it squeaked. Also, this is an older home so whenever you flush the toilet, the pipes are super loud. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem.My daughter also had an allergic reaction… there were sofa covers, so maybe dogs are permitted in the home (which is great for people who need that). She woke up with hives and said that it was better when she switched pillows. So we’re not exactly sure what triggered the reaction. This isn’t a negative comment for the owners… Just to let anyone know that if you do have a hyper sensitive, kiddo, this might be an issue.Overall, it was a great stay!

Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental via vacation renting, for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this is rather fun..:)

Together - We make a great team and We look forward to meeting more people hosting people from all over the world.

We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness! It so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Frys - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 !! This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!

Public transportation is close as well as a cute little neighborhood park is right around the corner. If you have a chance, take a walk or bike ride around the Peter Howell neighborhood we are a part of and enjoy all the beautiful homes. (It is a very lovely neighborhood).
