Located in the Heart of Tucson, this property sits on a corner Lot, has been fully ( and I mean fully ) remodeled from top to bottom. The kitchen Boasts granite countertops while the dining area is an open floor plan - perfect for entertaining and formal and non formal dining. Upon entry theirs a long living room, plenty of seating for all your guests, with direct Tv for cable, and free wifi. Tiled thoughout except for the bedrooms, and a tub/shower bathroom with the necessities included Backyard... Bliss. There is a covered patio, picnic table, " grass " with lush patio furniture and umbrellla for shade along with mesquite trees for additional shade and that desert feel.

Fun Stay close to everything!

Beds were comfortable (very important since I have a bad back). House was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Furnished very nicely and updated. We had a great 2 weeks and would recommend!

Midtown gem

Taylor was great to work with, the house was comfortable and clean, an excellent home base for our weekend activities in Tucson. The backyard seating area was a particular highlight. The kitchen is well laid out with beautiful features. Highly recommended.

Cute, cozy, comfy

It was a cute little house with everything provided. I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. The yard had some debries and a previous tennant never cleaned up their dog poop. But other than a quick clean up upon arriving the place was perfect. The hosts communication with me was outstanding. I was impressed with the quick responses to my many questions. I would stay at this home again. All in all i had a great time there.

Comfortable and clean

We only stayed for a couple of nights. The place had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and a nice backyard to relax in the evening and early morning. I’d recommend this place and would stay here again!

A great bungalow. Very comfortable.

We stayed for 2-nights and visited a nephew. We were there mostly to sleep as our days were busy. This is a quiet, clean and comfortable house. We would recommend to others.

Tucson house

We loved staying with you but given the heat and humidity we were pretty hot in the house, especially the front bedroom that gets the hot afternoon sun. Otherwise our stay was very good. Host very responsive. Couldn’t find a green garbage can outside? Had to leave trash in house!

Too Hot....

This property was very uncomfortable as far as temperature...It was 85 to 90 degrees the entire time! It is a SMART thermostat that you CAN NOT control..Fans only circulate hot air! I hope this gets corrected for future guests.

Amazing get away

This house is super chic and in a great part of Tucson close to so many food venues and activities. I will definitely look for this place again when I come back to Tucson

Tucson Phase of Big Cacti Vacation

This house was the perfect location for our visits to Saguaro National Park--East and West, the Tucson Botanical Gardens and the Arizona-Sonoran Desert Museum. Lots of big cacti at each spot! The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, particularly the kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to do so. We would recommend it to friends visiting Tucson.

Exceptionally clean

That was the cleanest VRBO rental ever. Thank you. This small house is a good choice for a short stay. Pros: Quiet, safe location; dog friendly with almost fully fenced front yard; new kitchen; clean towels and linen; plenty of free TV channels. Cons: Beds have sharp edges, they are too big for small rooms; bed placement odd, needed to step on beds to open windows; backyard could use some TLC; BBQ in desperate need of replacement. Suggest installing a keyless entry system.

Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental via vacation renting, for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this is rather fun..:)

Together - We make a great team and We look forward to meeting more people hosting people from all over the world.

We love this neighborhood for its charm - local park, great neighbors, quietness! It so centrally located to EVERYTHING worth doing in Tucson!!! Reid Park - 5 min - Downtown - 7 min - Hiking 10 min - Sprouts / Whole Foods / Frys - 5 min. And ..... Great Restaurants Within 5 !! This is a very nostalgic neighborhood that has been around since the 1940's. It is very well established and there are a lot of very eclectic southwestern homes in the area. It really feels like the Old Pueblo part of Tucson!

Public transportation is close as well as a cute little neighborhood park is right around the corner. If you have a chance, take a walk or bike ride around the Peter Howell neighborhood we are a part of and enjoy all the beautiful homes. (It is a very lovely neighborhood).
