I highly recommend this property. House was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed and a fully equipped kitchen. It was close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Host was friendly and addressed our needs.

Good location. 10ish minutes drive to Siesta Beach. Olive Garden walking distance. Host was efficient when communicating. Happy overall with my stay.

Nice house

The house was a nice comfortable place to stay. It is located a short drive from beaches and restaurants. The enclosed back yard area is nice and is lighted for night time use.

Our favorite place to stay in Sarasota

This is a nice comfortable home in a good location in Sarasota. It is located near to beaches, shops and restaurants. We travel with two dogs and this house is ideal for them with the fenced in back yard. The management team is the most helpful and cordial that we have dealt with. We will likely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious and centrally located

Enjoyed our stay. Nicely remodeled home is very comfortable and centrally located. Minutes from Siesta Key and Sarasota attractions. Large fenced-in back yard was perfect for our dog. Owner was very responsive. Would stay again.

Spring Break 2023

Family of 6 and there was plenty of room. House was open and clean. Would definitely book this house again.

The unit was not initially in prime shape though was put right (missing barbecue grill was rectified with new grill on day 10 of 20, missing wine glasses came new from Amazon, baby playpen was brought over, a high chair came - new on day 2). There were no serving bowls. The large sofa unit was dirty and uncomfortable. The outdoors was not as tidy as in the photos but the fenced-in yard (perfect for our dogs), outdoor lighting and large table were nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens plentiful (other than 2 beach towels). There was enough room when our son and his family visited. There were beach chairs and beach toys. Communication was quick with the manager.

Great short term rental with our pets. We appreciate the acceptance of our well behaved, trained pets. The home was comfortable, and spacious .

perfect!

I absolutely loved our stay here at Colby's property. The house was in a fantastic neighborhood extremely close to everything and it was beautifully furnished with anything you could need! It was one of the cleanest Vrbo's I have stayed in and the host Colby was very helpful with the questions I had beforehand. I would absolutely love to stay here again in the future and if you need a place in Sarasota I would highly recommend staying here.

Getaway

Home was clean, beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to our messages and immediately responded to our concerns. Location is only a few minutes to beach and close to grocery store. Highly recommended.

A Very Nice Experience

The house was exactly as it appeared in the listing. It was very clean and well stocked. It had all the cooking utensils that we needed. All in all, I. would have no problem recommending this house to anyone.

Beautifully upgraded home

Loved our annual weekend in Siesta Key. We go every year, and enjoyed this home - about 15 mins to Siesta Beach and the village, the home has been recently renovated and very well done. 3 comfortable beds, great showers, spacious comfy living area, beautiful kitchen with almost everything we needed (other than dish towels or something to get hot stuff out of the oven), and 4 big TVs. Great place to chill after a long hot day at the beach. Had a great time!

Overall decent listing, but the place had mosquitoes from the indoor house plants and the couch is old. We also received a long laundry list of chores for our checkout process.
