Unit is conveniently located in town where it is not uncommon to have visiting Town Moose!

Fully Equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Full Kitchen, fold out full size sleeper couch, queen size bed, full bathroom w/bathtub/shower, excellent WIFI, fire place, ceiling fan, large flat screen Tv, washer/dryer in unit.

Walking distance to everything *Easy walk to Farmers Market, City Beach, Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops,shopping, & more. 15 min drive to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort, 5 min walk to Dover Biking Trail.

This was such a nice little place to stay within easy walking distance to all the amazing places in down town Sandpoint. Everything was clean and comfortable for our stay. Would absolutely book again!

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. The host Mindy was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our request for an early check-in and a late checkout. We did encounter an issue with missing linens for the futon bed, which the host acknowledged and apologized for. Overall, our stay was excellent. I would recommend staying here as long as you don’t mind stairs.

We enjoyed this sweet house. It had everything we needed. The bikes helped us get around town without taking the car. The neighborhood was quiet. Our host was ready when we needed them. Sandpoint is a favorite town and nice places to stay make it even better.

We loved the cozy cottage! We stayed for 2 nights and we were able to explore Sandpoint as well as cook a lovely meal in the kitchen. Design of cottage was well thought out with all the necessities. We had a great stay

The decorations were super cute.! We did not realize the bedroom and bathroom were on the third floor. It was difficult to carry our suitcases all the way to the bedroom. Also, we were able to use AC on the main floor, but it did not cool the upstairs bedroom. We never did find any sheets for the fold out futon in the living room or any lightweight blanket. There was a cup in the bathroom, but it was pretty dirty. There was conditioner in the bathroom, but no shampoo.

We're sorry the third-floor bedroom layout was more challenging than expected for carrying luggage. We understand that can be difficult, and we'll look at making the listing description even clearer so future guests know what to expect. We're also sorry to hear the upstairs wasn't as cool as you had hoped. During the warmest summer days, the third floor can take a little longer to cool, and we'll continue looking for ways to improve guest comfort. Thank you as well for letting us know about the missing futon bedding, the bathroom cup, and the shampoo. Those items should have been properly stocked and checked prior to your arrival, and we've addressed them with our housekeeping team to help ensure a better experience for future guests. The host was great. Every time I had a question she was very cordial and prompt to answer. The cottage was very clean and adequate for a nice stay. Our only issue was that on vrbo the place is listed as "on the water". It was only about a mile from the lake but not on. In defense of the host, she did mention that that's where vrbo placed them on the map, so they really can't be blamed for that.

Utterly charmed by the place and my hosts. It is exactly as advertised. The fireplace was a wonder and for such a small space it seems spacious! Use of the cruiser type bicycle was perfect for a grocery visit and tootling around on all the cool paved trails. Hosts were so gracious about arranging an extra night. I will be back!

Great place to stay

Everything I needed for my stay was available and the location was convenient for exploring the town. Definitely, I will keep this on my list of places to stay in Sandpoint.

Beautiful, clean and cozy. Check In was easy. Centrally located close to everything. There are two flights of stairs, not ideal for older crowd if mobility is a concern. Kitchen well stocked and fresh eggs from the hosts chicken was a nice a touch! Thank you for great stay.

Solo getaway

This was the perfect place for a solo getaway. Gorgeous cottage with the most comfortable bed. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend!!
