Villa Marie is located in the highly sought-after Domaine de la Baie Netlé residence.

It is a residence closed by a gate with beautiful villas, some of which are at the water's edge with their private pontoon, such as Villa Marie.

You can therefore easily come with your boat for a very relaxing stay in this quiet villa, offering a lot of privacy, and very nice amenities.

You will appreciate its large interior and exterior volumes.

You will enjoy many shaded outdoor spaces, and also beautiful areas for sunbathing, such as the private sandy beach.

Villa Marie is entirely on one level, with the exception of 3 steps to access the terrace from the beach.
