Welcome to The Penthouse At La Siesta, a luxurious 2,280 sq.ft. condominium located directly on the sugary white sands and turquoise waters of Simpson Bay Beach. The Penthouse at La Siesta includes 3 handsomely appointed bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. One master suite overlooks the crystal clear waters below and opens directly onto the large covered balcony via double sliding glass doors. The second master suite and guest suite include private balconies, both with a view of the Simpson Bay Lagoon, full bathrooms and flat screen TVs.
The Penthouse features a large upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and everything needed to prepare a dinner party for the most discerning guest.
