Coastal Cottage - Close to Gulf Shores Beaches/Attractions!

Classic, coastal cottage. Located in the heart of Gulf Shores in walking distance to our beautiful white sand beaches. Comfortable cottage sleeps 4 guests - 2 private bedrooms (queen sized bed in each) and one full bathroom. Public beach access, popular restaurants, and shops just blocks away. Easy driving distance to Gulf State Park, Waterville, mini golf, OWA amusement complex, outlet shopping, sports complexes, and more! This cozy cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults and is equipped with all of the comforts of home.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include: free Wi-Fi, 2 smart tv's (no cable), fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, starter roll of paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps in bathroom.

* Must be at least 25 years old to book.
* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)
* A full list of our rules and regulations is contained in our Vacation Rental Agreement, which you will agree to upon booking.

Cottage Stay

This little cottage is perfectly located. We walked to shopping, dining, the beach and a Mardi Gras parade. We were here for an extended stay and was able to bring our sweet fur girl which was such a bonus. Clean and just right.

Christmas stay

Quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, the greenway and the beach. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Gulf shores trip

We had a great time. Property is right by restaurants, stores, ocean. Great area, we like the deck, somewhere we could eat together! Deck was cool to watch the sunrise and sunset

Short stay

Perfect location. Everything needed was there. Only issue was setting comfortable AC/Heating temperature. However we got better at it as we stayed.

Great place to stay!

Nice family home

A fine place off the beaten main path nut close to most things

Okay I am 59 lets start there. We stayed 12days. Dog friendly was a must. Overall very impressed with the unit. 2 blocks North of the main drag US182, so nice and quite. The driveway is now paved. Inside was very clean. TThe A/C

Location

Location was great for our trip, we were able to walk to the Hangout which is where we needed to be for a music festival. Area was quiet, we were able to sleep well.

Just amazing she was amazing and quick with responses and so understanding. I would book here again and again and again. Makes me want to rent it from her for long term! Just speechless and relaxing.

Great Location and House

We had a great time in Gulf Shore. This property was GREAT!! It was very clean we were very happy and we will definitely come back again. The picture were very accurate.

Just what we needed!

This cottage was very cozy and the location was everything! It was nice and cool when we arrived. Dishes were a little half washed but I'm sure it was by mistake. Overall we are pleased and would come here again. We had no problems with communication with Shonna. Thanks for the experience!!
