Luxury lakeview house with hot tub, pools, pickleball, b-ball and private beach!

Welcome to Lazy Bear Lakehouse! We purchased this home in September of 2020 after falling in love with Bear Lake. We found this to be the perfect gathering place for family and friends and are excited to offer it as an amazing stay for your next large gathering.

This gated-community home with 5,000 square feet, 7 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (that sleeps 38!) offers gorgeous lake views, modern amenities, and plenty of creature comforts for relaxation and play. Enjoy playing pool, foosball, air hockey or watching a movie on one of 5 flat screen TVs. Enjoy breathtaking views from your own private Bullfrog hot tub on the back patio. The property also sits just across the street from the clubhouse, offering two heated swimming pools, water slide, hot tub, basketball court, tennis court, pickleball court, and playground. The outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to early October.

Start the day watching the sunrise over the lake right from the master bedroom or deck. For all-season outdoor play, enjoy The Reserve’s 1800-foot private beach, miles of ATV and snowmobile trails accessible right from the property, or skiing at nearby Beaver Mountain. Come home to enjoy sitting by the fireplace or a mug of hot chocolate by heaters on the deck while you unwind and watch the turquoise water. Book your family reunion or corporate retreat here for unforgettable memories of beautiful Bear Lake.

Another Awesome Stay

This was the second year in a row that we stayed at this magnificent property. Beautiful views, the common area pool/spa is great, and the Reserve Beach access is wonderful.

Awesome family trip

This house was so fun! We love staying in The Reserve. The teenagers and kids stayed busy playing pool, ping pong, air hockey, and hot tubbing. It was nice to have entertainment at the house! The Reserve private beach was under water, but we still had fun at the north beach. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property in a beautiful location

Overall great experience. Property has unobstructed views of Bear Lake and you can see the lake from nearly every part of the cabin. Check in process was easy. We had a wonderful experience staying here!

Love this place!

Such a great cabin to gather at! It is set up so well and always very well taken care of. Lots of space and well thought out beds and bedrooms. Lots of fun things like a hot tub and air hockey and plenty of space to just hang out all day. Great owners and communication. We had a blast. Thank You! :)

Clean and good communication for two night stay

Really cool house with good views. We liked the ping pong and pool tables. We didn’t use the hot tub but played pickle ball and went to the pool which is just down the road. Good communication from host when we needed things

Every day was awesome! Friendly host and answered my texts in a timely manner.. The only issue we had was the air conditioners They were not working properly Heidi sent someone out to fix it.. He was great and very knowledgeable.. Thanks for a great stay..

My family and I had an amazing time! The location of the house, stunning views overlooking Bear Lake, and spacious floor plan made this trip one of our all-time favorite. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. So many indoor play options! The kitchen also had all the small appliances and large cook pans/ bowls needed for our large family group. The large dining table was awesome! Our kids loved the space room!

We loved our stay! The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Better than anticipated. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. We highly recommend this property. Stunning Property

The home was beautiful and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. So many options to keep teens and children busy. Large kitchen and dining area was perfect to prepare and enjoy meals together. Stunning view of the lake.

INCREDIBLE PROPERTY

I've rented several cabins in the last few years and this was by far the best one I've experienced. If anything the ad can't do a property like this justice, its even better than the pictures. The owners were incredibly detailed and made the check in/out process very simple. Can't wait to stay here again.

We fell in love with Bear Lake because of its beautiful turquoise waters, amazing outdoor adventures, and the quaint small-town vibe. At this property, we found an incredible view of the lake, the ability to gather up to 38 friends and family in a comfortable place, and a five-minute walk to the lodge's heated pools, hot tubs and sport courts. Pickleball in particular is a new family favorite. The cabin itself offers endless entertainment options with 5 flat screen TVs, pool table, foosball, ping pong, and air hockey. Outside, we love playing by the lake, in the lake, or on the lake. The spring and fall allow us to enjoy more of the beautiful outdoor terrain here with great hiking, biking, and motor-sport options. Winter promises great adventure with skiing, sledding, and snowmobiling. All in all, we found this cabin to be the perfect home base for all-season family adventure.
