Our second time to Rockport and I love this area and condo! It had a very well stocked kitchen and a quick walk to the pools! We will definitely be coming back🥰

This was the perfect place to stay for our little getaway. Great location and great atmosphere. Check in was a breeze so I could take my time getting there. Will definitely be back.

Great place

Great for adults only or entire family. Our teens loved the place and really enjoyed catching fish right out the back doors. The view and location are perfect.

We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back! The condo is spacious and comfortable, well appointed, quiet and in a great location! We walked the neighborhood every morning, explored Rockport and surrounding areas by day and ended up each evening having a healthy fishing competition right off of our back porch! I would recommend this place time and time again!

Anniversary Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the balcony. Enjoy nice dinners at some exceptional places listed in the Svatek’s Check In binder. I would gladly stay again.

July 4th Weekend

Great Condo

Decided to run down to the coast for a quick fishing trip and this condo was perfect. Parked the boat 10’ from the patio. Very clean and comfortable property. Will definitely use in the future.

Easter Weekend

Enjoyed the condo we stayed at. Very clean and inviting. The owner made things very easy by labeling and placing notes around the condo to help you if needed. Owner was accommodating and made you feel very welcome.

End of summer trip

Stayed here with the grandkids the week before school started. Everything was great and just as pictured. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Both pools are nice and we used them a lot. It is close to the very kid friendly Rockporr beach’. The owner had great communication from before check in through checkout. Highly recommend.

Perfect in every way

Our family has been to Rockport many times and have stayed at many different places. This was by far the most favorite. The hosts have thought of everything. From the games and books available, to the extra plush blankets, to night light in the kids room. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!

I would give the luxury waterfront condo in A rating. How everyone in the family had such a great time, there were things for everyone to do from the 5yr old to the 16-year-old. There was fishing out the back door, games, gaming system and puzzles and books for all ages. The place was clean, and spacious. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with an air mattress in the closet. We didn't even use those. So many things are close! Love the Sun rise and sunset could be seen just walking distance away, the pool was just around the corner, and was clean and refreshing. The gas grill at the pool was rusted through, but there was plenty of stuff to cook with in the house so it helped that we could just cook in the kitchen and didn't need to grill. They even had a George Foreman, a waffle maker, and anything else you could wish for. Every question I had the host had a prompt answer and they were great host! Thanks again we will be staying here again soon!
