New fave place to visit in Rockport. LITERALLY on the water. Quiet location, very well kept home and grounds. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Great space overall!! If you were any closer to the water you would be IN it. We will be staying here again for sure!

Beautiful and quiet property. Very clean and spacious. We caught fish right off the back deck. Saw dolphins in the morning. Kitchen has literally everything you need.

This specific location is by far our favorite. We have never had a bad experience and plan to visit again in the future. Cannot say enough how awesome this place is. We will always recommend this location to anyone we know who is visiting the Texas Gulf Coast.

Great property, I don’t usually leave reviews for vrbo because there is always something that irks me about the places ive stayed at, but this one hit all the marks. If you love to fish this is the spot for you. The place was nice, everything worked, and bait stands are close by.

About as close to perfect as you can get

This house was exactly as described and photos showed. The location and view were fantastic. If you are looking for a place in Rockport this is where you need to stay.

Awesome!

It was quiet, clean and beautifully decorated with a relaxing water view deck. It had everything you needed to cook. Highly recommended and would love to come back.

GORGEOUS!

Impressed by how clean and perfect everything was. Beautiful and convenient. Everything was so well cared for, beds were comfy, couch was relaxing and the porch was so beautiful looking over the water. We would love stay here again 💜

Beautiful place

We absolutely loved this condo! The view is amazing and the water off the back porch was so peaceful and refreshing! We saw dolphins and caught fish right off the porch. Bring lots of mosquito spray if you want to spend some time outside. We would stay here again for sure!

Great rental

Very clean house. With wonderful views. We had a dolphin come to the back deck for the kids to see it was maybe 10 feet from us. The condo is in great condition. We will stay here again.

We loved waking up going to the back deck an seeing dolphins in the water. Loved the cleanliness an all the decorating. You will not need anything but things to cook an eat everything else is provided.

Perfect spot!

The unit was very clean, updated, and the bed was comfortable. The views are great too! I can see why there are noise limitations and cautions because you are just a thin wall away from your neighbor on the patio, so you want to be respectful. Overall, it was a great spot and I would rent it again!

Great place!

Perfect for my husband and I, but definitely could have a small family. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Great kitchen to cook in. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The outside deck was phenomenal. We saw dolphins a few mornings. We didn’t have fishing poles but there were other tenants fishing right off their decks. I highly recommend this place:)

Perfectly updated and appointed

This has been our favorite rental so far, and I think we’ll stick with it. Super clean, great remodel, comfortable furniture and beds. The deck needs better lighting (strip lights wouldn’t work), but it’s otherwise perfect.

Gorgeous condo with deck directly on the water

Loved our short stay in Rockport. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you need. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and perfect for entertaining. Best part: we could watch the college football games on the HUGE TV while fishing from the back deck. Very convenient. Highly recommended.

Property was perfectly clean, perfectly decorated and outfitted for our week long stay. Very long deck to relax, fish and sun on, with many chairs. Beds were super comfortable. Great area for walking. So many nearby restaurants with excellent offerings. Only complaint- next door unit had renter/resident who showed up near the end of our stay with a dog that barked incessantly when they left. Otherwise, perfect unit!
