Code didnt work. Took about 30 minutes to get through the door. House was clean but the water pressure for the extra restroom shower was non existent. Other than that it was nice.

Relaxing location

Pros: This was a very relaxing location overlooking Copano Bay. Quiet neighborhood. Clean condo. Nice pool. Pier for fishing was great. Cons: Confusing communication! Instead of messaging thru VRBO the management company sent me an email which I was not expecting so I deleted email thinking it was spam. Then had issues getting further emails and texts. We had an issue with drainage in guest shower. Shower head fell off in master shower multiple times almost hitting us. While looking for pillow cases for extra pillows in closet (which there none), a heavy clock stored in closet almost landed on my husband's foot. Only 1 ft clearance between king size bed (too big for room) and dresser leading to master bathroom.

We really enjoyed Copano Delight! The condo is very nice, very comfortable, located right on the bay, beautiful views, had pretty much everything we needed (could use a hair dryer in the bathroom). Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at a couple of Miss Kitty’s Fishing Getaway properties and have had great experiences!

I am going to stay at this property or one like it more this year. This made us really want to buy or long-term rent in Rockport. I did most of my contact online, but the follow up and instructions were great.
