Very nice condo

Very nice condo with great view. Owner was helpful with all questions. Condo is on third floor with lots of steps. Currently lots of construction taking place in the development, but only during the day. I would definitely stay again.

Great & Relaxing Views

Great views from this condo. We frequently watched manatees and manta rays from the windows and balcony. Steps away from a beautiful pool and hot tub. Very nice paved walking paths around the entire development where you have great views of Tampa Bay and Downtown Tampa. We also watched dolphins on our walks. One negative for people who may have knee problems or issues climbing stairs is the condo is on the third floor and there are no elevators. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views from the top floor

This was a fantastic spot. Beautiful condo with tons of extra amenities on-site. It is 120 ft from the pool and hot tub which were amazing to use at night! There is a car vacuuming station around the corner which makes cleaning up sand a snap. The only negative is this condo is on the top floor and there are no elevators or handicap accessible ramps. We did not find this to be overly onerous but for individuals with knee problems or otherwise, would likely not be a good fit. Great place and we will be coming back!

not good

there were so many glitches in the way my stay unfolded: only 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to buy toilet paper. only a few drops of dish soap left in the bottle. the internet service was catastrophic there was no mention that this is a 3rd floor walk-up with no ELEVATOR. one had to wait in line every day in order to secure the parking pass. why could there not have been one pass for the 10-day duration of my stay? AND the crowner was: one of the air conditioning units on the ground below was malfunctioning. every time it cranked up a high-pitched scream was heard.
