This 2nd floor resort style condo offers a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and is located in a beautiful gated community in Florida just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, queen sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style pool is also available on the premises.

Clearwater Beach is a popular destination stay for vacationers heading to Florida. Located less than 30 minutes of the Tampa and St. Petersburg airports, Tampa Bay recreational highlights, award winning beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, jet ski rentals, water sports, beach activities, Pier 60 and night life as well as restaurants and cultural and sporting events in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Dunedin. Beautiful condo

We just stayed for a week at this condo. The condo is lovely and is fully equipped with anything you could want. Great location. Very close to several beaches also.

Amazing relaxing beach vibe

We really like the unit and so many things made our life easier (beach chairs, umbrella, mat, sand toys, heated pool, the layout and size of the unit, extra bed, coffee, all the details that create a unique vibe..).

Amazing stay

The Avalon

The condo was perfect for our three week stay . Everything was exactly as described in listing . It had everything we needed . Loved that there was beach chairs , towels and umbrellas for the beach . The pool was nicely heated and beautiful . My husband enjoyed the workout room . It was easy communicating with Nadia . Easy. Check in .We would definitely stay again !

We could not have been happier with our stay at Nadia property . Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Pool and everything in the property was very clean , quite and enjoyable Nadia is a great host and communication with her was easy and very friendly Can’t wait to go back next year

Comfortable and close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at The Avalon. All the comforts of home in this well appointed, clean condo. Loved that shopping was right across the street, and we enjoyed the casual dining at Abe's Restaurant!

Gorgeous resort

This listing has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the sun and heat of Clearwater. It is tastfully decorated with all the comforts of home too. Shopping for groceries is right across the street theres a great place to eat within a 5 minute walk complete with an outdoor patio. The pool is clean and heated to a perfect temperature.

Great stay in Clearwater

Nadia was very responsive and accomodating during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the beach chairs and the extra murphy bed. The heated pool was perfect for the few cloudy days we got. Otherwise, it was very easy to get to the beach from the condo whenever we wanted too. We recommend!

Fall getaway
