This 2nd floor resort style condo offers a relaxing, friendly atmosphere and is located in a beautiful gated community in Florida just a 10 minute drive to Clearwater Beach. Tastefully decorated throughout, this condo includes a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker and more), new granite counter tops, upgraded cabinets, washer, dryer, king sized bed and queen size murphy bed (with optional 3" memory foam mattress topper), large walk in closet, flat screen TV in living room and bedroom. Relax with your morning coffee or enjoy your evening sunsets on the large lanai.

A beautiful clubhouse which includes a 24-hour fitness center, media room, resort-style heared pool is also available on the premises.

Clearwater Beach is a popular destination stay for vacationers heading to Florida. Located less than 30 minutes of the Tampa and St. Petersburg airports, Tampa Bay recreational highlights, award winning beaches, boating, fishing, golfing, jet ski rentals, water sports, beach activities, Pier 60 and night life as well as restaurants and cultural and sporting events in Tampa, St. Petersburg and Dunedin. The condo was spotless, and beautifully decorated. The fact that it was on the second floor and that there wasn’t an elevator was a hardship for me. I had a lot of trouble taking groceries and other items up the long flight of stairs. Otherwise, It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay. If stairs are not a problem, then I would highly recommend it to others. Nadia was very nice to deal with, and answered any questions I had.

A beautiful and comfortable condo in a great location (10 min to the beach)! We loved the pool as well as the exercise room. The condo has absolutely everything you need, a very comfy bed, and is immaculate and well-decorated. The best part of this rental is Nadia herself- she is wonderful and on top of anything you may need. She even extended our stay a night when our flight was cancelled. Thank you Nadia! Staying here was a top 10 rental for us!

The kitchen was well equipped. Unit was located near the pool. The accommodations were exactly as we had expected. The host was very responsive. We had a fantastic time and booked for next year.

We had an excellent stay! Very clean and accommodating as we traveled with kids (10 & 8). The pool was a huge bonus, also very clean. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. Clean, close by to lots of restaurants. Pool is heated and the gym is the perfect size for getting your workouts done. Our host Nadia answered any questions we had right away. We love this condo and treat it like a home away from home.

Beautiful condo

We just stayed for a week at this condo. The condo is lovely and is fully equipped with anything you could want. Great location. Very close to several beaches also.

Amazing relaxing beach vibe

We really like the unit and so many things made our life easier (beach chairs, umbrella, mat, sand toys, heated pool, the layout and size of the unit, extra bed, coffee, all the details that create a unique vibe..).

St. Pete Retreat Treat

More than ample space for my family and myself. All of the necessary accoutrement one could need or desire for a sun filled day on the beach with the family. Host was responsive and accommodating. Looking forward to a return trip to the state.
