This apartment is located in the heart of the Isla Verde area, in front of El San Juan Hotel& Casino and the Intercontinental Hotel& Casino. The apartment is very big with 700 square feet of space.Has a fully equipped kitchen, one huge bedroom with a Queen Bed, one full bathroom, living & dinning area, balcony with ocean view and has full a/c. The living-dining is huge with glass doors overlooking the balcony with partial beach view. The apartment also offers underground parking.

The condominium has Laundromat,private Gym, a nice swimming pool, and tennis court. There are restaurants, 5 star hotels, casinos, pharmacies, shopping all within an area of 1 to 4 miles. There is public transportation like buses, taxis, or you can even walk to many of these locations

Great place to stay. Owner made sure you have anything you need. Beautiful view. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around. Highly recommend.

Location is a key! The apartment is a little outdated but we were there only to sleep. It was a bit expensive for only 4 nights but we understood since it was a holiday week. Overall a good stay.

Kitchen had what was needed to cook. Didn't have coffee filters. We left some. Bath tub floor very slippery. No bars to hold on to. Otherwise very satisfied. Would book again.

Great location on Isla Verde Beach. The only issue was a noisy toilet water valve, and an exceedingly rude security guard downstairs, angry because I parked in a totally unmarked parking spot for ten minutes while my mom visited me in her car. Called me names, threatened me with calling the police, even after apologized...just stay away from that dotard.

Nice, cozy apartment with all you need to have a pleasant stay. Pictures are pretty accurate, and surprisingly, the sofa bed is very comfy. Check in and out process was easy. The host provided all the information you need timely and was promptly responsive to my questions. Beach access is within a short 5 min walk with plenty of fast foods, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores right outside the apartment building. It is basically next to the airport, so be prepared for the noise, but you get used to it. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, walking distance to the beach. Good peek a boo view of the ocean and the actual Isla Verde island. Airport noise a bit of an issue. But overall good.

Amazing Place

My husband and I enjoyed out stay at Mr. David's apartment, great place, very cleaned, very good area, walked to the beach, many restaurants in the area. We definitely be back. Great check in and check out...Thank you very much David. We recommended 100% Ivonne

I really enjoyed my self in San Juan also the stay was excellent my Ann it was clean had the unnecessary essentials that I really needed. I would recommend they stay at that particular location. I was treated well by everyone. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. The stay was safe I would recommend it for all my friends and family. Thank you for having me.

Good location

We wanted a place near the airport for the last part of our stay. We also wanted to be near the beach and have a pool on property. This place checked all those boxes. There were all the things you needed to enjoy the beach and pool in a closet. Had to get some clarification about how to navigate the gate security as that was not clear instructions but host was prompt to respond. Do know you are convenient to the airport and that comes with airport noise.

Location, location, location

Great location with ocean views, across the street from San Juan hotel (where we stayed for work trip), walking distance to grocery stores, beach access, restaurants and airport. Great pool area, coin laundry with many machines. Condo is dated, so don’t expect it to match pics, as I think we’re taken many years ago. Owner should consider updating living room couch, but bed was comfortable and he had great beach stuff to use. Thank you!

Front door lock did not latch tightly, it felt very unsafe-like it could easily be kicked in. There was no other added security lock on the inside of the apartment to reinforce the door. Thankfully, nothing bad happened, but that made me uneasy the entire stay. Also the pipes/plumbing would intermittently make very loud noises throughout the day/night.
