This Gorgeous and Amazing Upscale apartment has many restaurant options within 100 feet. Guests will have free WiFi and free private parking available inside the building right infront the lobby .

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven microwave, cooking utensils and a fridge. There is a private bathroom. The Bedroom has a king sized bed. Separate living area has a full-size SERTA sofa KING bed , Towels, bed linen, 2 beach chairs and a cooler are offered in this apartment. Great location, close to airport, restaurants, bars. Walgreens across the street for any essentials. Large pool, umbrellas/chairs to rent on beach, & fun little beach bars right next door. 20 min Uber to Old San Juan. Apt was clean & comfortable. Host was very communicative before & during the stay!

It took just a little bit to find the correct entrance for our rental, but once we did, it made sense. The guard at check-in was very nice and helpful. When we got to our unit, we were a little surprised that it wasn't beach-facing, but when looking at the description, that was my fault. We visited San Juan during their water shortage, and water was limited. That meant we couldn't use the shower, sink, or A/C for much of the day. None of this was the renter's fault, but it was uncomfortable all the same.The unit was very clean and welcoming. Communication with the renter was outstanding! The beach was the best we visited during our entire stay. Renting chairs and umbrellas was easy and very cheap.Uber was easy to use; pick-ups and drop-offs were easy and quick. You're about 15 minutes away from Old San Juan.

I would like to clarify a few points in response to your review\. First, the entrance to the apartment is very simple to find when the provided instructions are carefully read\. We send detailed instructions specifically to make the arrival process as easy as possible\. Unfortunately, when the instructions are not read, it is easy to get confused or miss the entrance\. Second, regarding the water rationing, the meaning is quite straightforward: when there is water rationing, water is available during certain hours and may be interrupted during others\. It does not mean that water will be available 24 hours a day\. Finally, I would also like to clarify your comment regarding the view\. The apartment does not face directly toward the front of the building\. The listing description clearly explains the apartment’s orientation and the type of view it offers\. This is why it is very important to carefully read the listing description and all instructions before booking and upon arrival\. Unfortunately, we have been experiencing this issue with several guests who make reservations without fully reading the information provided and then leave comments in their reviews about things that were clearly explained beforehand\. We completely understand that every guest may have different expectations, but we feel it is unfair to hold us responsible for information that was clearly provided in advance and simply was not read\.

Our host was attentive and checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. The condo was very clean and comfortable so we’re the beds. We enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. The balcony overlooking the road was great we enjoyed sitting there at night. The location was convenient to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This unit is great! The location is close to plenty of food and bars, plus a Walgreens right across the street with almost anything you could need. The pool is large and clean, and you are right on the beach. The balcony is perfect and the apartment is super clean. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best stay ever!

Rafael place hands down the best placed we have stayed out. Very thoughtful had some basic toiletries and very clean. Checked on us during our stay and gave great recommendations on places to see and eat. Would stay here again.

Perfect location

I absolutely love the property, check in was a breeze, owner communication was great, you don't even need to rent a car. Can't wait to come back again, it felt like home.

Great place to stay!

Apartment is very clean and beautiful decorated. Great location, Isla Verde beach is fantastic, restaurants, fast foods and groceries walking distance. Apt owner is very responsive.

Relaxing vacation

The condo had everything we needed and location was great….with restaurants within walking distance. We would come back and explore more of the island.

Great place to stay!

Great apartment minutes from the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The owner checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was satisfactory. Highly recommended!
