We had a wonderful time. The condo has a spectacular view of the Bay. It was clean and well maintained condo. AC was working well. I would recommend this condo.

I would change the description from beach front to water front the beach is a good 10 minute walk. The view is amazing and lovely an awesome place to watch the storms over the ocean. There’s also no washer and dryer unless you pay for it. I just decided to wait to get home because I was out of pesos. But the room was spacious and it a great location to watch people in the malecón. The building is very well maintained and secure.

Thank you so much for your review and for highlighting our prime Malecon location, spacious layout, and beautiful views. It is indeed a spectacular vantage point, and watching the ocean storms roll in from the property is truly amazing. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts regarding the shoreline and laundry facilities. Due to seasonal storms and shifting ocean currents, our immediate beachfront naturally changes throughout the year and while the sand line fluctuates, a permanent sandy beach is located just a short 5-minute walk away, which also serves as a favorite nesting ground for sea turtles. Regarding the washer and dryer, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. We provide tokens to all our guests for our laundry but evidently our guests didn't see them. While additional tokens are typically handled by the building guards, our goal is always to ensure a seamless stay. Had we known that the guest hadn't seen them, we would have been delighted to step in, and simply provide them as a courtesy. We truly regret missing the opportunity to communicate more clearly and meet your needs on this occasion, but we hope the rest of your stay was wonderful. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we would be honored to welcome you back in the future.

Absolutely beautiful, spotless, safe condo with stunning views of the ocean, the whole bay, and the Malecon. Perfect place for myself and my two teenage daughters. Walking distance to incredible restaurants and Playa de los Muertos. Great communication with Michel and Sassia. Would absolutely return to PV and stay at Home of the Dolphins. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful home! Great location for walking the Malecón. At checkin air conditioner in main bedroom not working very well compared to other areas of house. Host sent someone to address within the hour which was much appreciated!We spent many relaxing mornings and sunsets on the balcony gazing at the sea and boats in addition to people watching on the Malecon.Sassia the property manager checked in by text multiple times during our stay and Michel our host checked in as well.My friend is very interested in art and loved the art and furnishings both in Dolphin House and the building lobby. Great seafood on ground floor at Vitea. At the other end we also enjoyed watching football at the open air Devils Bar. The gentlemen working security at the property were a delight and so very friendly. Rooftop pool was fantastic. Whole building very quiet. Even Hurricane Polo couldn’t steal our fun. Would love to come back some day.

The condo was perfect for my husband, two older teens, and me. We had plenty of space, kitchen amenities, beautiful views, and surrounding activity within walking distance. The host and security staff were outstanding. I would bring my family here again!

The view and the location. Unbelievable! It’s just the best property, comfy place and well appointed with pillows, towels, blankets, etc. definitely recommend this unit. The owner and all people we dealt with, beyond friendly. Gates entry and very safe and secure. Did I mention location and view?! The pool was great and we basically had it to ourselves.

We really enjoyed our time in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was spacious, well stocked, clean and WOW, what a view! For our first visit to PV, it was the perfect location. We didn’t have any problems and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful condo and beautiful view. Easy to walk to everything we needed. Loved watching the pirate ship fireworks every night. We had a very relaxing stay. The host was helpful and informative with our first trip to Puerto Vallarta.

Great stay in Vallarta!

Great stay in a beautiful ocean view condo right on the Malecon, in the center of all the stuff we love the most in Puerto Vallarta. Well appointed condo and great communication with the owner and manager. We can't wait to start planning our next stay.

My family had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect and centrally located for all of our activities. The view from the condo was amazing and the best part of the stay. The building was well maintained and all staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

The property is great. Could have had 2 couples stay very easily. It is placed right near all the action of Romantica district. Overall great property.

Exquisite location!

Such an amazing property! Its right were everything is located! The location is perfectly spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortable! The balcony was awesome to sit and enjoy the morning or evening!

Beautiful ocean view from central PV location

We loved the location and view for our romantic get away week for birthday celebration. This unit is perfect for couples with a large balcony that can be open air with the large sliders to the living room and master suite. With access to the boardwalk downstairs we had everything we wanted in walking distance. We’re already excited to return!
