Incredible location, right on the beach. Condo was clean and fully stocked with vacation essentials including beach and pool gear. There were a couple areas where minor maintenance is needed (i.e. peeling paint) but based on how upkept the unit was overall and the fact that you're in a constant battle with Florida humidity, I'm not about to hold that against a rating. We would definitely consider staying again if/when another Florida vacation happens.

The rooms were clean, the CasaDel Sol is very nice as a whole; however the actual condo is in need of attention. The bedrooms both need new mattresses, the sofa has broken springs , I have stayed in this condo for approximately 4 years . I normally come down twice a year. I am very sad that they condo is not being cared for. I do erymuchappreciate the person preparing the condo, it is always clean a d appears in good shape on the internet when you look at it.

Pictures were deceiving. Property was gross. Old. Lots of rust on everything. The unit needs a total overhaul. Also the property needs updating too. Really disappointing.

The condo was in an excellent location with easy access to the beach. It was very clean. The communication with the host was quick and check in and out process was very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is in very poor condition. The couch and rug were so dirty we didn’t want to sit on them. The floor felt dirty under our feet the moment we arrived. The condition of the condo overall is just not maintained. The bathtub doesn’t hold water and the shower doors are barely operational. This condo needs a thorough update to be able to be adequate accommodations for people.
