Completely updated 3 Bed/1.5 Bath Ranch located a few miles east of downtown South Haven. This home sits on a beautiful wooded ravine and is surrounded by mature landscaping. Full functioning kitchen with blender, coffee maker, toaster, etc. as well as new appliances. Full bathroom with shower and tub. Powder room has full size washer and dryer. Backyard has a hammock, dining table, outdoor sectional, fire pit and grill. Living room features wood burning fireplace. Within minutes to the beach, shopping, wineries, breweries, Kal-Haven trail, golf courses, fruit farms with U-pick berries and all that downtown South Haven has to offer.

Driveway fits 6-7 cars. No pets please.

House was great, very clean. Enjoyed our stay. Road out front is extremely busy with a lot of traffic and it was hard to see on coming cars to the east when leaving the driveway due to the trees.

Perfect house for our annual girls’ trip to South Haven! Everything was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Short and easy drive into town/beaches. We loved sitting in the backyard to catch some late afternoon sun. We will definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, and has the plenty of kitchen supplies to cook. Easy, short drive to the beach and very close to Lake Arvesta Farms.

Seriously the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Charming, cozy house with really comfortable beds. Communication was great and location is perfect for getting to the downtown area quickly-highly recommend.

Great house

This was a great house for our 7 person family weekend getaway. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was a short drive to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.

Family trip

Clean and cozy

Less than 10 minutes from the beach and a straight drive there. House was probably one of the cleanest I've ever rented! We'd definitely stay here again! Lock box was a little confusing on how to re-lock when we left. We had a great time on a quick family getaway!

Great getaway , still close to town .

Newly renovated , updated ranch house . Spotless , with plenty of room for 6-8 people . Quiet area with nice seating area that backs up to wooded area . Plenty of parking room . Out of town , but still only 5-10 minute drive .

Wonderful!

Wonderful house and good location, not too far from downtown Southhaven. This was perfect for our family of 7. Nice and clean and updated house, owner Tiffany was very friendly, helpful and professional! Check in and check out went very well. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Southhaven Michigan! Thank you Tiffany!!

Close to Gingerman

Only 1.5 miles to Gingerman, and close to downtown. The house is beautifully updated and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were VERY comfortable. Lots of parking available. The only and VERY slight drawback is that it is on a somewhat busy street and you do hear loud vehicles occasionally. Overall, our stay was great and we would come back again when in town.

The property was clean, and the beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have actual fans in the bathrooms instead of having to open up windows to clear the air. It would also be nice to have a dresser in each room which could be placed in the spacious closets if necessary. The dressers are not necessary for a short stay but it would be nice to have maybe a luggage rack so you are not always reaching down to the ground for what you need. Overhead fans in the bedrooms would also be a nice addition. Bring your own fan if you are a hot sleeper. I am not complaining because overall we were comfortable on our 2 night stay, I am only making suggestions. The property was a straight shot into town which was very convenient! Thank you for hosting us for the weekend!

Very nice property. Easy access to everything including Lake Arvesta Water Park. Very comfortable beds. Way too many pillows everywhere. :) Lots of parking and a fully stocked kitchen.

Most cozy, well-cared for place!

We were so impressed with how cozy, homey, and well-cared for this house is! It was super clean, with simple decorating. It was equipped with every item we needed in the kitchen, and everything worked and was in great condition! Great location, close to everything. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Lovely place!

Good location, a few minutes from downtown South Haven.

The house is very clean and had everything we needed. The host responded promptly when reaching out to her. The location is a few minutes from downtown South Haven (Phoenix St.) and about 1 minute from Sherman’s Dairy Bar. It is worth mentioning this home sits off a busy road, CR-388. The traffic is noisy, most noticeable at night when trying to sleep. So, if you are like us and live in a quiet neighborhood, it is something to consider.

A couple of my favorite things about the property is that you are close to so many things - short drive to grocery stores, downtown South Haven, wineries, golf courses, Kal-Haven hiking trail, Sherman Dairy, Three Blondes Brewing and more!

I really enjoy sitting out in the backyard - which I find peaceful looking at the ravine and trees. Grilling out with the fire pit going. In the winter, I love having a glass of wine with the wood burning fireplace going.
