This charming home features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, all equipped with new mattresses. Accommodating up to 12 guests, the layout includes four queen beds, two twin bunk beds, and an additional bunk bed with a full bottom and twin top. The house is also handicap accessible, ensuring comfort for all guests.

Most rooms boast new bamboo flooring, and the inviting porch offers a serene view of the lush backyard and garden. Enjoy the three-season room equipped with a patio heater, perfect for winter relaxation.

Step outside to the deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining table and a large gas grill, ideal for family barbecues. Gather around the fire pit to make s’mores while watching the kids play in the expansive yard. Create cherished memories with family and friends at this enchanting vacation home!

The house is very inviting and roomy. Good location to the beach, downtown, and great restaurants. We used the fire pit, griddle, deck, sun room and beach chairs. Chen was very personable and easy to work with. We loved our time spent with family!

This home was a short walk to downtown/beach area. Perfect for our family and one year old. Lots of backyard for activities and comfy beds for everyone.

We had a group of 7 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for us all.The house was well stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen had plenty of plates and glasses. Pots and pans were in multiple useful sizes. We appreciated the cupboard with seasonings so that we did not have to buy salt and pepper and other spices The backyard that was great. There was a nice big deck and a play structure for little kids and a sandbox. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the lovely weather too. There were plenty of beach related items available to use in the large garage, folding chairs, sand toys, and even a wagon to drag them all to the beach with.. It was a short walk to the downtown shopping area, and there was a Meijer about a half mile away. Perfect for shopping actually.. The beach was a bit more of a walk than most of us wanted to do, but if you're you're adventurous, it would probably be about 15 minutes away. Even the pickiest among us agreed that the beds were very comfortable.The house has AC and was very comfortable upstairs and down.We all highly recommend this lovely old house and look forward to our next visit.

Perfect Weekend

We planned a weekend away with our entire family (9 Adults and 2 Kids) This location was perfect. The back yard and deck area were exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was completely stocked and the beds were comfortable.

We had a great time. The property was fantastic. It is very close to the beach and close to shopping. Everything was as described. My family was together for a wedding. This location was comfortable and perfect for everyone to be together and relax. Loved the town of South Haven. Beaches and water was just great and all worked out very well. Highly recommend if need a larger place and want flexibility for friends and family.

Roomy home perfect for families

This house was perfect for our family to come together for the holidays. We were snowed in and enjoyed every minute! The kitchen was well equipped, and the dining table was perfect for family meals and games. The ramp allowed my elderly mother to join us, and the location was convenient ( even in a blizzard).

Nice size home for our 12 person family and !

Came for the weekend to celebrate grandfather's 70th birthday. The house was very clean and well stocked with everyday essentials. The owner was quick to respond with any questions and made our stay very welcoming. We'll definitively consider coming back!

Enjoyed our stay

A big house with lots of room to spread out. An older home with all of the character. It’s not sleek and updated, if that is what you are looking for. It is comfortable, well-supplied, and convenient to town and Meijer for the items you forgot. Our family has a wonderful vacation!

Fun vaca

The garage with all the bikes was amazing! The yard was so much fun for the kids to play! We rode our bikes everywhere super close to downtown! Lots of space in the house we had 3 different family’s staying and had plenty of room.

Perfect location

Perfect location to walk downtown. We usually drove to the beach because of all the chairs and beach stuff. There were bicycles to ride if you wanted to do that. The grandkids loved the play set. We enjoyed the fire pit to make fires & s’mores. The wood is provided which was awesome! The Host is easy to communicate with!

Amazing house and fabulous owner!

This house is beautiful in so many ways. So much space inside and out. Within minutes of everything... Downtown, beach, grocery store, etc. We came here to get married and so happy we had the space and comfort that we did here :) the owner was great and responded quickly if there was a question. Would stay here again in a heart beat! Thank you Chen!

Michigan for the win!

We decided to try Michigan instead of Florida. The weather was amazing. There is so much to do close by. Only a mile walk to the beach, 15 minutes to golf, blueberry picking, winery visits and horseback riding. The house was great for our family of 9. The bikes, corn hole, firepit and blackstone grill added to our family fun. Will reccomend this property to friends.l

Nice quick getaway

We booked the property for a quick weekend getaway to south haven we had 2 familys so 4 adults and 4 kids. This house was plenty big for all of us we didn’t even use one of the rooms. We also had everything needed cooking supplies towels and other items we didn’t even need to use. The house was really old but kind of cool I would recommend.

Family Gathering

The property was fine. Plenty of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. Street was pretty busy, but we were close to everything we needed. Squeaky floors, so there was no walking upstairs undetected! However, the house is well maintained for a home built in 1900.

Wonderful family vacation!

Four generations of our family, ranging in age from 10 months to 87 years, spent a long weekend at Chen's very spacious, lovely home. We had a great time. House was well equipped and Chen was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed When we realized we forgot the umbrella stroller at home for our 3-year-old cousin, she generously found one for us and brought it over immediately. Only drawback was that downstairs bathroom doesn't have a walk-in shower, which was difficult for the 80-plus family members. Location is convenient---walking distance to downtown shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for your gracious review and I am so glad you and your family had a wonderful time here, I just been talking with my husband last month about we will remodel our downstairs bathroom at this winter time, I said I don't think people would like to use the tub for bath, we can switch to the walking shower with glass door, I hope by next summer, we can have new walking shower room! Any of your opinions really will improve our house! Really appreciate it!!!

Lovely weekend

House is perfect- large bedrooms, plenty of space. Everything you would need is provided. Beautiful large dining table that the whole family could eat/ play games around. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Only negative was it is on a very busy street with no fenced in back yard. The yard was very nice with a swing set, games and a great deck. It was also quite a far walk to beach. Chen was excellent, always quick to respond.

Fantastic family home

My extended family had a wonderful time. The house was spotless when we arrived, the kitchen was large enough for 2 or 3 cooks, the bedrooms were large and the beds were oh so comfortable. This house is perfect for the very young, and not so young. My grown grandkids enjoyed their stay, my great grandson so loved the swingset, and the backyard was perfect for all the lawn games. We had no issues with anything, but Chen made sure we had 2 ways to contact him if any arose. There is a playroom off the sun porch, which came in handy for the little one. We all will remember Annabelle's place with the fondest of memories.

Good for Families

Great location just a few blocks from downtown. We were able to walk down with ease for meals and ice cream. House was very clean with plenty of space for everyone. Very large dining room table with lots of seating. Living room has 2 sofas that seat 5 total. Beds were very comfortable and the extra AC units on the west bedrooms allowed us to keep temps regulated for the babies. There is a crib in the first floor bedroom, but the mattress was too soft for my infant but we had space for the pack and play. Kitchen had really nice nonstick cookware and plenty of dishes. Upstairs bathroom has extra shelving to store everyone’s toiletries. Sun room was a treat for morning coffee on rainy days. House was under contract for sale at the time of our stay. Hopefully the new owners keep the same level of cleanliness for future stays. Play set is aging, inspect before climbing.
