Welcome to this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath suite with a private patio space. Tucked away on a picturesque side street in the heart of downtown, you’ll be just steps from Ogunquit’s top shops and restaurants. The beautiful beach is about a 7-minute walk away, and the scenic Marginal Way is only a quick 2-minute stroll. This spot offers an ideal setting for your stay in one of Maine’s most charming seaside towns.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, inviting space with coastal charm. Perfectly sized for two, it features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a large closet for your belongings, and a mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven for added convenience.

Step outside to the sunny patio, complete with a bistro table and two Adirondack chairs. Parking for one car is included.

With its bright, cozy charm and prime downtown location, our Ogunquit beach retreat is the perfect spot for a couple’s getaway.

This little cozy suite was perfect for a two person stay! We had the best time ever. The location is walking distance to everything, we never used the car once! The owners are so sweet and were easy to contact. I would 10/10 recommend.

We stayed 3 nights in this cozy 1 bedroom unit. Ogunquit Beach, Perkins Cove, shops, restaurants and an early morning walk to the Marginal Way to view the sunrise were all in walking distance. The patio provided a lovely addition to the unit. Our host was excellent, She checked in with us upon our arrival letting us know we could contact her if needed during our stay. We had such a wonderful stay we have alrrady booked for next year! Thank you…

Cozy, clean studio apartment within walking distance to beach, restaurants & bars, shops, Marginal Way. Shower has great water pressure. Comfortable bed. Lots of storage. Good AC, albeit a little loud. Adequate kitchen supplies, mini fridge, & toaster oven. If you plan for anything more than simple snacks, you might want to bring a knife to cut the limes for your G&Ts plus a roll of paper towels. The outdoor patio with Adirondack chairs plus the bistro table is lovely. 2 low beach chairs & beach towels provided. Perfect for short summer visit!

The place is very well located for accessing all of Ogunquit’s amenities: cafes, restaurants, shops, the beach, and Marginal Way. Everything was very clean, and communication with Hannah was efficient. The only downside is that it’s very small. We would have liked to have a small dining area, but it was too cramped. The other two units in the same building seemed larger.

The suite is intentionally designed and cozy, though we understand that it may still feel small. Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very centrally located within easy walking distance to the center of town and the beach! We especially enjoyed our evening walks on the Marginal Way to dinner in Perkins Cove! We would stay at this quiet, well kept location again!

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed our recent stay. The cottage was more private than a hotel room but had much more! Lovely decor, comfy bed, fluffy towels, coffee, snacks and bowls for breakfast. Quiet at night and a sleepy town in the morning, lots to explore by walking!
