Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Unit has parking for one car. The patio suite has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the Marginal way and our beautiful beach. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is the perfect alternative to a crowed hotel.
A 5% service charge will be deducted from a cancellation above normal cancellation policy.

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed our recent stay. The cottage was more private than a hotel room but had much more! Lovely decor, comfy bed, fluffy towels, coffee, snacks and bowls for breakfast. Quiet at night and a sleepy town in the morning, lots to explore by walking!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very centrally located within easy walking distance to the center of town and the beach! We especially enjoyed our evening walks on the Marginal Way to dinner in Perkins Cove! We would stay at this quiet, well kept location again!

Great location, clean property, Lee is super nice and accommodating! Super accessible to all of Ogunquit without a car - would happily stay here again!!

We have stayed at this property several times but this was our first time in the patio suite. It was clean, comfortable and updated. We will definitely stay again.

Exactly as advertised. Great communication.

My wife and I stayed at this property for two nights. It's exactly as advertised and worked great for the two of us. It's within walking distance to everything in Ogunquit - we hit Marginal way, restaurants, the beach, etc... all without needing to hop in the car. Very helpful host with excellent communication.

Excellent location, immaculate, adorable! Everything you might need or want available. Loved it!

We loved this adorable cottage like room! It was clean, comfortable and had every little detail one might want or need. Lee was available and responded quickly to our questions. Checking in was easy. Onsite parking and within walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved it and definitely choose to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay in Lee's patio suite. The suite was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and a great home base for exploring the area. We hardly used our car since everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended, thanks again Lee.

Perfect location.

We had a great stay in Ogunquit, namely due to the location of this suite. Walk to the beach! Walk downtown! Walk the marginal way to perkins cove! The suite is perfect for two. Communication from Jack was awesome. We didn’t respond though because we were so unplugged and relaxed. Thank you!

Good lication

The place was very clean, it looked newly redone and was in a convenient location. It’s small but big enough for two people. The host was great about getting right back to me when I contacted him. The only con I have is that the air conditioner needs to be replaced or at least serviced. I notified the host snd he thanked me for letting him know and that he’d look into it. We would recommend this place.

The perfect spot!

This suite was EXACTLY what we were looking for. It was my birthday weekend and my boyfriend and I wanted to quaint place to stay and be able to walk around Ogunquit. This was THE perfect location! It’s literally in the heart of town and getting a permanent place to park your car makes it even better. It’s so clean and adorable. They thought Of every detail when putting this little gem together. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay for 2, this is the place! Felt like home away from home!

Location Location Location

After arriving at our parking spot on the property I put away my car keys. We were able to easily walk to the restaurants and shops. The beach and the Ogunquit theater were also easy 10 minute walks. What we saw in the pictures and description is what we got The room was a bit small but clean and functional. We made good use of the small patio area sitting on the comfortable Adirondack chairs while we had our morning coffee and early afternoon cocktails. The area was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
