Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with a private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Unit has parking for 1 car. Terrace suite has a private deck with lounge chairs and an umbrella table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the beach and Marginal Way. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is a perfect alternative to a crowded hotel.
A 5% service charge will be deducted from a cancellation above standard cancellation policy.

Perfect!

My husband and I loved our time at the Terrace Suite. Very private. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Just right for two! Try clean and Jack was very helpful when I contacted him with questions. Will look forward to staying there again

Great location, great hosts

Host was incredibly communicative and helpful. Place was small but clean and outdoor deck was awesome. Best location for walking to everything. Will definitely be back.

The Terrace property was very convenient to town and the beach. The private terrace was fantastic. Very comfortable and clean unit.

Perfect pied a terre

This is a great little vacation getaway! It is very convenient to the beach and downtown Ogunquit. The cute terrace is a great place to rest and relax.

Great space and Location

This was a cozy, well-designed, and stocked room with private entrance in a larger house. It also has a large private terrace overlooking School St. and the cars on Rt. 1. I had minor internet problems, and property manager Jack quickly resolved them. This is a single room with minimal cooking facilities, so it might be best for those who plan on mostly eating out and stocking snacks, drinks, and leftovers in the fridge. Overall a great property in a central location

Perfect location

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated Terrace apartment. The location was great, just a block walk to the downtown area which has many great shops and restaurants and a great night life. The terrace was nice to enjoy coffee in the am. We would definitely stay here again when we visit!

Great place to stay

The location is amazing- near the beach, restaurants, and Marginal Way. The place is small but has everything necessary to stay there. The only issue was that the medicine cabinet came over the sink in the bathroom making it somewhat difficult to use. Jack responded very quickly to our internet question. We enjoyed our stay there tremendously.

Perfect getaway location

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the Terrace suite and the first time in season. This is the perfect location to walk to everything! Marginal way, shops restaurants and the beach and just a short walk to Perkins Cove. Every detail has been thought of and sitting on the terrace was delightful. Perfect location for a couple or single. Hope to stay here may more times -Diana M

Summer Vacation

Once again the perfect spot for a few days in Ogunquit! Accommodations were excellent, the rooftop deck is a great place to have morning coffee and evening libations!

Weekend getaway

The property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is great for shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It is very well-appointed and the hosts are a pleasure to work with. Already looking for another weekend to book!

First solo vacation

It was a perfect first solo vacation without the kids. The roof terrace is amazing!! I sat up there and read and watched the world go by. The unit is small, but has everything you need. It is close to the beach and Perkins Cove. I walked everyday, getting in over 20k steps.

Great Location

Great spot downtown. The deck is an added bonus. Shower stall is a bit small if your a bigger person like me, but you don’t spend much time in there! Overall a nice spot without the hotel vibe.

Two day Ogunquit trip

The location of this property is fabulous. You are one street away from the beginning of the Marginal way and downtown Ogunquit with its shops and restaurants. Everything is walkable and you’ll love this when you see the constant line of traffic on rte 1 and downtown. The inside space was nicely decorated and clean. I loved the blinds that were quality and blocked out the light in the am. The terrace was nice too. The space is small but room is maximized with shelves, drawers and finally, hooks to hang up towels, jackets and hats. We used the toaster oven in the am for breakfast and then ate out for lunch and dinner. Leftovers went in the fridge for later. We didn’t miss a full kitchen. I would stay here again.
