It met the needs. Comfortable, clean. Pricey for the week. Would have been nice if closer to the beach. Good restaurants in area, ice cream shops and shopping assessable. Will try different location in the future

The location of the property was great except it’s at the top of a hill. Walking down to Marginal Way was okay but we took the trolley back. The unit had everything we needed. Furnishings weren’t the most comfortable except for the bed. It was great!!

Fantastic location - close to the beach and a short walk to downtown and to Perkins Cove. Plenty of space for our family of 5 - clean and comfortable. Hoping to come back next year and rent again!

Excellent unit in a quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, great community of tenants, and perfect location with ocean views close to town, marginal way, restaurants, and the beach.

Our second stay was as great as our first at this well-stocked, clean condo in fantastic location just off the marginal way in the middle of walkable Ogunquit! Michele and Jonathan were very easy to work with and check-in/check-out processes very efficient! Definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Beautiful Location

We had a great time at this property. Close to everything (walking) and right near the ocean. The condo was perfect for our family of 5.

Great place

The location was perfect, check in process was seamless thanks to the very detailed instructions given. The condo was comfortable and everyone very friendly. The kitchen was supplied with everything needed.

Wonderful Stay

The place was perfect. Clean, nice porch, close to beaches. Pigeon Cove and downtown both easy 10 minute walks. Lovely.

Great spot!

We had a great stay at the condo - everything was just as stated on the listing. The location is perfect because you can just park and walk to the beach, town and Perkins Cove on the beautiful Marginal Way. The condo was perfect for our family and appreciated the owner’s responsiveness with any inquiries we had during our stay.

Location location location!

The condo was a perfect fit for our small family. It was super close to marginal way and little beach and Jonathan was a breeze to communicate with! Would definitely stay there again

Great place and location

Great location, clean, functional. Bed linens and towels that were provided were great and plentiful. It was extremely helpful to find that basic items in the kitchen were available if needed! Thank you!

Perfect Spot!

Our first trip to Ogunquit and we picked the perfect spot. So close to walk to everything…The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, restaurants etc. The condo was just as described, beautiful grounds, had everything we needed and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning for coffee. So peaceful!

Friends get away

Great location! There were three of us so The Murphy bed was great and comfortable. We left it open while we were there and still had plenty of room. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

Anniversary Weekend!

The Butlers have a little bit 'o heaven at their Lookout Condo. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and the proximity to the ocean, Marginal Way, restaurants and shops can't be beat! The entire area is just so beautiful. Our hosts were a delight to work with--responsive, thoughtful and kind. We can't wait to go back.
