Excellent location! Host was attentive and great at communicating. The listing was on point and the cottage exceeded expectations. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying again.

We scheduled for three nights and decided that we would like to add an additional night. We were able to do that without any problem. We enjoyed the cottage very much and would stay again.

We had the best stay at Seaglass village. The condo was very clean, bright and had everything we needed. Tom was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! My kids loved the golf cart and all the amenities ( the pool, tennis courts) as well!

Our stay was very nice. Check in was smooth. Tom was very responsive and helped us with a thermostat issue very quickly. He stopped by himself and helped us with making adjustments to it. The cottage was in a great, quiet spot. It was set up well with all that was needed in the kitchen and many options for blankets and beach gear. We wish we could’ve stayed longer to explore more of what Seaglass had to offer with pools, etc. it was so nice to be tucked away there each night and still so close to the beaches and Ogunquit restaurants. Highly recommend.

Perfect Cottage Getaway

We loved our stay at Tom's Cottage at Seaglass. The place was adorable. Everything we could have needed was there, beach chairs, beach towels. We loved the pool. The cottage made for a wonderful vacation. And Tom was a fabulous host, very responsive and helpful. Will book again for next summer.

Our stay from start to finish was top notch! The owner was close by and so helpful and gracious. There was a small problem with our golf cart and he let us use his! The cottage is clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The resort is a gem and everyone was so friendly. A must stay!

Wonderful vacation at Shore Thing! Staying with host Tom was a pleasure; easy check in/check out and was always available to answer any questions we had. Clean, cozy & comfortable property, plenty of space and literally a 2 minute drive from our favorite beach plus all the great things Ogunquit has to offer. Prime location on Rt 1. Highly recommend!!

Very clean and well equipped home - exactly as advertised. Tom was a very welcoming and responsive host - truly went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Very quiet gated neighborhood with clean facilities. Would absolutely recommend and will likely come back next summer.

The house was amazing - clean and beautifully furnished. We had a super hot week and the central air was a godsend! The host was very accommodating and communication was great! I wish we had the opportunity to stay a full week. I'd recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation near to all the fun and restaurants in Wells and Ogunquit!

We loved our stay at the “Shore Thing” at Seaglass Village. The cottage was cozy and clean and our host Tom was so nice and attentive to all our needs! The people at Seaglass very friendly and make everyone feel welcome. My daughter loved the family pool. The atmosphere at the adult pool was also great.! We look forward to going back again.

Overall excellent property. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids. The check-in was easy with the host meeting us at the gate and showing us around. The cottage was clean, cozy and as advertised. There are a million things to do near by (within 10 minutes driving) including beautiful beaches, restaurants and entertainment. Families should know that only 1 of 3 pools is accessible to minors but the family pool was great. It was big, clean and had plenty of toys. Having a car is a must. This is not a walkable location to near by amenities but traffic was not bad. I would highly recommend this property for the location, price and amenities. We will likely visit again!

Our host, Tom Carney went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and pleasant. Tom responded very quickly whenever we had questions or concerns prior to and during our stay at his cottage. He checked in with us several times and even stopped in briefly to welcome us in. His communications were above and beyond our expectations. Check in process was easy and Tom provided us directions how to get to his cottage. The property and cottage was well managed. The cottage is very inviting, relaxing, open, airy and quiet with all the essentials we needed. We made lots of use of the kitchen appliances, cookware and dinnerware, silverware, utensils, etc. to cook and prep our meals with all the comforts of home- a full size refrigerator, range and oven, dishwasher and storage pantry and washer and dryer.We enjoyed the use of the clubhouse/pool area and pickleball court. The cottage is just a quick walk to the clubhouse. The use of the golf cart was a bonus. The residents and other renters were very friendly and we'd often strike up conversations while walking around or at the pool area.Tom provided us with easy access codes to the property and his cottage and shared with us a Community Guest Services app for contact-less access to the entry gate and the clubhouse/pool after hours. Tom is an all around wonderful host in every way. My husband and I already reserved his cottage for next summer's vacation. I would highly recommend staying at Tom's "Shore Thing"!

The cottages were perfect. They were clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool, the golf cart and communication was always immediate responses. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Tom went above and beyond to help us out.
