Very cozy. There was plenty to do around the cabin itself which made our time in East Tennessee very enjoyable. All of the amenities made it a home away from home. Very good communication with our host and great hospitality was shown.

A wonderful cabin by the lake, located down some windy, hilly country roads. Our family had a great time here. Communications were great and check in was easy. Really fun, funky decor and beautiful property.

This cabin was a pleasure to live in. It is exceptionally maintained and decorated and the owner has put a lot of thought and love into decorating it. It is a treasure! The back deck area is very cozy.

Incredible views! Beautiful property! Pictures do not do justice to this wonderful cabin. So many activities to do -swimming, kayaking, fishing, hot tubing! Really close to downtown and Pigeon Forge! Would stay again.

A very unique log cabin with lots to look at. Very clean and the lake was great. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed including fresh ground coffee. Dixie came to visit a lot but it was not a bother, she is a sweet old dog. The kids enjoyed swimming off the dock everyday.

Thank you so much for your review. The Cabin is a treasured home full of memories and Tall tales. My grandmother taught me how to fish at the cabin and also how to water skiing. While boating yesterday, I actually ran into a few old timers who used to fish with my granny way, way back in the day. They were still enjoying all the lake has to offer in their 80s. Come again anytime.

Don’t hesitate to get this cabin! Such a treasure on Douglas Lake. It had everything we needed for multiple family members to enjoy the weekend including spices and cookware. We loved the hot tub on the large deck and the claw foot tubs were perfect for the space. It’s decorated perfectly and the beds were comfy for everyone.

The cabin was really nice and clean during our stay. The check in and check out processes were easy. There were lots of towels, washcloths, etc. Although the water level of the lake was low during our stay; the views of the lake were still very nice. Staying at the cabin was a treat and is highly recommended.

Vacation

The overall trip location and house was great. We had a great time fishing off the dock and the kids had fun swimming in the lake. We would come back again.

Loved the cabin!

The cabin and grounds were adorable! We spent a lot of time hanging out at the cabin in the evenings preparing meals, eating, playing cards, watching movies and we had a great time!!

Another Great Stay

This was our third stay at the cabin. We have enjoyed each visit. Everything we need was provided and the location on the lake is wonderful. Hope to return.

Relaxing and Historic Frontier Cabin.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this Historic and well maintained Cabin a short drive to all the attractions. The property is private and the scenic view is amazing. We would recommend this cabin to all age groups and look forward to returning ourselves.

Beautiful Stay

Just what our family needed for a peaceful stay. My teenager and college student enjoyed themselves as well. Beautiful cabin with treasures around every corner. Loved the serene setting, very peaceful.
