This cozy lux modern cabin is great for large families and has touches of Tennessee sports teams in each room.

built in 2022 and situated in rolling farmland away from the hustle & bustle but close enough for you to get to all the attractions the Smoky Mountains have to offer:

Cozy and comfortable!! Convenient to all of the attractions, but not in the middle of it. Beautiful views!!! The game room is amazing and the selection of board games is phenomenal!!! For sure will check to see if this lace is available again when we come back.

Enjoyed the hot tub, firepit and game room. Very family friendly setup. We had 9 people. The pre-teen slept on the sofa bed. The Food City store was very close and convenient. Most of the area activities were about 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Good place for a multi-generational gathering. Guests can get firewood and charcoal at Food City.

Perfect getaway location!

Everything about this property and owner was perfect! The location is close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Back roads allowed easy access avoiding traffic into town. Nice quiet area and beautiful, clean home. The owners were accommodating and our group would love to return to this property. Thank you for making our fall getaway a great experience! Hope to return next year!

Great visit!

Great place, clean throughout, feels brand new, comfy beds, plenty of room, accurately listed! Owners could not have been better! Now if theyd only remove some of that Tenn Vol stuff this UK fan might give them 6 stars! Go cats! 😆

Nice New house

very nice house, plenty of kitchen supplies. everything you really need. 1 thing that we all noticed and were not crazy about is that there are no closets for hanging clothes. lots of construction going on in a new housing development so a little loud early in the morning. this will pass eventually. great location overall.

Overall positive, but uncomfortable beds

This house is beautiful and very clean! Checking in and out was a breeze. The kids loved the game room and activity center. It was a little tricky finding the neighborhood as it is a new construction and doesn’t come up on gps. If you click the link for the address in the email it will take you to a different address. We did have to deal with sights and sounds of new construction, but we were aware of this ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise. The beds were very uncomfortable and none of the adults slept well during our stay. This was really the only negative feedback from our trip, so overall we had positive experience. Thanks for having us!

This home is absolutely beautiful and was very clean. We loved that every bedroom was a different sport and/or team. The kids had fun picking out their bedrooms based on the sport/team. The drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg wasn't bad and it was very relaxing and almost calming driving home from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge to the cabin with the windows down in the evenings. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be returning to this home on our next trip!
