-Newly renovated, 1500 sq ft, 2nd story, spacious flat in the lovely town of Sonoma. This home features a full kitchen with all amenities, two large bedrooms with king beds, 2 full bathrooms with large tiled showers, a giant living room with a 42' TV with cable, CD player, reading nook in the corner, views of the Sonoma hills. Dining table seats six. Laundry facilities include washer and gas dryer. Due to low windows and an inside stairway among other factors, MaryJeans is not recommended for young children. THERE IS A TWO NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT! Thanks for looking😉!

Great location and accommodation

Description is accurate- great Sonoma location, communicative and helpful host, great space for 2 couples with 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, and a washer& dryer, just in case. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

We went for BottleRock in Napa and stayed at this amazing place. Very clean, comfortable, great location, and perfect for our group. Terry the owner was great and met us for check in, despite our late flight. I would highly recommend this place. But we want it for next year!!

Wedding in Sonoma

This apartment is super clean, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and perfect for 4 adults. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when in Sonoma.

Wonderful and convenient place to stay while in the Sonoma valley

This is our second stay at Terry's place. We had two couples and accommodations were perfect. Location is very convenient to anything in Sonoma as well as the surrounding communities. The place is well stocked with anything and everything you need make your visit to the wine country one to remember. Highly recommend for anyone looking to visit Sonoma

Wonderful!

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Easily walkable to the downtown square and easy parking. Sadly the cable was out when we arrived but we entertained ourselves with the many board/card games that were provided at the house. Thanks for everything!

Lovely Stay

My boyfriend and I came to Sonoma for my sister's wedding. We wanted a comfortable place to stay with a kitchen. We absolutely loved this condo. It was very large, clean as could be and had everything we needed. The owners left us a bottle of wine to enjoy and checked in to make sure that we were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we were very close to the square and all the wedding activities we needed. This is so much better than an overpriced hotel! We felt like we were at a home away from home. We will definitely be back and will stay there again. Thanks for a lovely weekend.

Shared With Relatives For a Sonoma Wedding.

This place is perfect if you have a big family gathering in Sonoma and need to share a place with several relatives. We really saved money by staying at Mary Jeans Place versus a hotel. Hotels in Sonoma can be so expensive and don't offer half the accommodations you'll find here. Trust me, you'll appreciate all the comforts of home, particularly the refrigerator. We stored great leftovers from some of the local restaurants. Check out Sonoma Plaza, which is right down the street. Would highly recommend Mary Jean's Place if you're visiting Sonoma/Napa area. If you can visit in the Fall...beautiful!

First trip to Sonoma

This property was perfect for 2 couples like us celebrating the big 50! It would also be great for families. Terry was helpful, and very responsive. The property was clean, a home away from home and every detail had been thought of. I honestly can’t think of anything that needed improving. Location was excellent for wandering in to town - close enough that a car wasn’t required but far enough to walk off a little dinner and wine! It was also close enough to walk to grocery store, which had a superb deli. Thank you for such a great introduction to Sonoma! Delightful experience and we have wine to look forward to as well :) We will definitely return.

A stay! Terry was so responsive and flexible. Check-in was a breeze. We were in the area for our friend's wedding and loved the location- so easily walkable to multiple restaurants, and accessible to so many wineries! The space was comfortable - it was rare to find a Vrbo that had two bathrooms and two king beds. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay for a wedding weekend!

Absolutely loved the place, it was conveniently located down the street from our friend's wedding venue and a few wineries, easy walk central to a lot of restaurants and food! The apartment itself is really spacious and thought out, comfortably fit all of our party- Terry was also super flexible and communicative during our stay! Would absolutely stay here again anytime we plan a trip out to Sonoma

Awesome Experience!

This VRBO was a great place to stay and it's right down the road from the square in Sonoma. Most everything you would want to see in town is within walking distance. The host was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this spot for a Sonoma vacation!

Very clean, very quiet, very well-stocked (even had snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge!), very comfortable, and great location!!! Terry, our host, was also very responsive, too. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Comfortable, very clean and well equipped.

This was one of the cleanest and well equipped homes I have had the pleasure of renting. Terry is an attentive host and made the check in/check out process a breeze. My family and I will be back!

Large, clean, and well-stocked

Mary Jean's place was the perfect place for us and another couple to stay while in Sonoma for a wedding. We were surprised by how spacious the apartment was. It had everything we could have needed -- even a cabinet in the bathroom with everything shampoo to aloe to multiple hair dryers. Parking was super easy on the street right out front, and the apartment was easily accessible with a keypad. We had a couple questions when we arrived and Terry responded within minutes. I would stay again if I were in Sonoma with friends!

Wedding and wine tasting weekend

Convenient clean apartment close to Sonoma town square

This apartment is close to Sonoma town square and very clean and comfortable. Looks exactly like the pictures. It was a good value for us when we needed a place to stay at night close to Sonoma town square for an event and all local hotels were 3x the price.

The Perfect Wine Country VRBO

We were looking for a place in Sonoma, walkable to restaurants, but also easy access to both Sonoma wineries and Napa wineries. We found it at Mary Jean's Place! The apartment was large, comfortable, and spotless. The beds and linens were comfortable and both bathrooms offered plenty of space to get ready for our adventures each day. I highly recommend.

MaryJean and Terry have lived in Sonoma since 1975 after moving there from their native San Francisco. They've raised two children here, and are helping now and then with 4 grand children . They've run a successful family plumbing business in Sonoma for the last 20+ years and are slowly letting go and letting the next generation take over.

After renting homes while on vacations themselves they decided to convert a rental they owned into a vacation home, mostly due to the location on Broadway. It's a short walk, bike ride or drive to the Sonoma Plaza, many of the excellent wineries, restaurants, shops and historical sites Sonoma Valley is known for.
