Sunnyside Up - Destin Gulfgate 0902!

Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this beautifully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30 foot private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 double beds. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. Full size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This unit has new carpet throughout with tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking.

Greatest Location in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was big. Balcony was super big with plenty of furniture. I only used the master bedroom and never went on the other side of the condo.Workout room and zero entry pool were great. Desk service was awesome. Room 902 was fantastic. We loved that no pets are allowed in condo. We plan on returning to this room!

The BEST Vacation!

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were amazing. The location was perfect to everything Destin. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of four. A BIG plus was having two beach chairs provided each day. We will be returning.

Perfect Beach condo

This condo was clean, large, and well decorated. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony is large with three seating areas. I will definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was with check in. There was no one at the desk. We were told in our instructions to be there between 4 and 5. We arrived at 4:30, and lobby was deserted. Thankfully, there was a number to call for help. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Great condo!

Easy access and right on the beach. Loved our condo, everything was like new, the first condo to have an actual comfy huge sectional that reclined! Balcony furniture was also a nice plus, very comfortable.

We didn't know how to work the TV in the living room, but didn't need it anyway. The one in the kitchen and both bedrooms worked easily. Would stay here again!

Return to Gulfgate Condos

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have enjoyed staying at Gulfgate multiple times and are always very pleased with the Gulfgate staff . The condos are always clean and the buildings well maintained. The administrative staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The condo we stayed in this visit was exceptionally well appointed. This year we experienced frequent dog barking, some times for four plus hours straight, very annoying. The property management did address it, and while it helped, it continued to be annoying. We have never experienced that in the past, and it won’t change our overall appreciation for Gulfgate, but we hope not to have that be our experience in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 10 days in October (the best time to go!). We’ve gone for at least 10 years and stayed at Destin Gulfgate. This was our first stay in 902 and it was beautiful and comfortable, and like all units - large enough for a family of 6. The deck furniture was the best we’ve had! This year we had 18 family members come at the same time and everyone loved their units, the great pavilion and of course the beach. The facility is clean and staff are very friendly. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else!
