I agree on the great views, but that’s what happens when you’re staying so close to the Gulf of America that you can throw a rock and hit the water!!! Hope to host you again soon.

Our 2nd time staying here and the condo very nice, always super clean. The host is so nice and easy to communicate with. The view here is amazing, i don’t want to go anywhere else!

The condo was very spacious for our family of 4. It was super clean-You can tell the owner takes very good care of the property. My kids said it was like staying at their grandma's house (which is a huge compliment). There were beach chairs, towels, toys, body boards, and beach nets available for use. The kids even brought out the provided games and puzzles from the cabinet next to the separate ice maker to play in the evenings. The balcony was gorgeous and beach access super convenient. Even the property pool was fun and warm. The luggage carts that were at the entrance were so useful also. Owner answered all questions and was fully accessible.

The room was amazing and very clean. The view was to die for. Loved having a private beach. Not too crowded. The staff was friendly. Our host was amazing. She answered all our questions quickly and super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Host was great with communication and even let me know that the condo was ready for early check in which I really appreciated since we’d driven 12.5 hours overnight and arrived earlier than we expected. We love Gulfgate and have stayed 3 times in 3 different condos. This one was definitely one of our favorites. The kitchen was well stocked with pots pans and dishes and had everything we needed for 8 people. There were also plenty of towels, but we did bring our own beach towels. The beds were comfortable, even the couch pullout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private beach with set up, location, and beach view from the gorgeous balcony all keep us coming back every other year. We’ve looked into other condos, but just can’t picture Destin without staying at Gulfgate.

The condo was perfect for us. Spacious and lovely. Perfect location close to anything you needed and lots of restaurants. The host was very accommodating. And of course, the view was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay!! The property was equipped with everything you could need and the beach access was so easy. The first floor location was really awesome for enjoying the beach/pool and the daily complimentary beach service (chairs and umbrella) was awesome. So many restaurants and things to do within close distance. The beach and views were beautiful! We’d definitely return to the area and would be happy to stay at the Destin Gulfgate again. Jeffry was easy to communicate with and provided us with helpful information for family excursions. We spent 7 nights with kids ages 12, 14, and 17. Definitely a great place to vacation! Thank you.

The online pictures do not do this unit justice! We absolutely enjoyed the views, the white swivel chairs in the living-room over looking the gulf. The 65 second walk to the beach chairs (yes our son counted). We had one maintenance issue- our key got stuck in the door lock but it was fixed with an hour of us calling. The little piece of heaven truly was remarkable. We enjoyed the personal touches the owner provided (family activities, restaurants etc). The pool is small but enjoyable for all ages. Definitely would love to rent this unit again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulfgate in Destin! Jeffry was so kind and The condo was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient—right on the beach with easy access to restaurants and shopping. It was also surprisingly affordable for the location. Everything about our trip was enjoyable, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Our stay was outstanding. The ocean view from the apartment is breathtaking. Beach access is easy and the complimentary beach service is a big plus. Owner is super accessible. Beds are super comfy. The unit has everything you need and it was very clean. This was the best place we stayed in Destin.
