This apartment was very spacious for two people. The bathroom was very nice. There are some oddities in the building that made some things inconvenient, like low ceilings in some places that cause issues for taller people. The listing does not specify that it is a basement apartment in an occupied home which threw off me and my friend when we arrived.

We stayed here for a week and had a great experience! We had no issues getting into the property, and we didn’t rent a vehicle during our stay. There were plenty of convenient Uber and transportation options close to the property, which made getting around easy.The host was very helpful and always eager to assist whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It has a full kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, along with a bathroom with a shower.This was a great option for us because we wanted to stay outside the city and avoid spending a lot of money on a hotel. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

My husband and I stayed there for our son's college graduation. Checking in was smooth and our host communicated often so we knew how to get in. Place was clean and true to the pictures shown. Would definitely stay there again.

Very easy check-in process and the unit had everything we needed. There were also additional wall heaters in the bedroom and living room which was really appreciated for a snowy January visit.Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We stayed in Arda’s property for 10 nights throughout the World Cup and it was PERFECT for what we needed it for! After booking I had thought it may be too far from the centre of Boston for us but once we got there and realised how good the public transport was, it was brilliantly located for the price we paid, half an hour on a bus and subway and we were right in Boston Common! Arda was helpful, regularly supplying clean towels and helping us with a log in on the tv to let us watch some World Cup matches. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby we used on days we didn’t fancy the trip into the city. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable and served us perfectly. Thanks for your hospitality Arda, No Scotland No Party!

Great place to stay for a weekend at our nearby college reunion. Comfortable bed and couch and plenty of essentials (soap, linen, dishes, kitchen appliances, hair dryer, etc.). One assigned parking adequate since could park a second car on the street without issue. Good location in Watertown. Host very responsive with a question and supply need. Don’t use hair dryer in the bathroom.

Definitely a super awesome spot if you want to be close to Boston, yet not in it. Just be aware though, if you do want to stay here, I wouldn’t recommend being someone who wants to sleep in. My boyfriend and I were always up early so it never affected us BUT, you can hear a lot from the upstairs. Also, we couldn’t find a dryer on property. Overall, it was a nice place for us to sleep and spend minimal time at.

The home was sufficient for a stay while I took a class. Kitchen was equipped enough to warm food up. They had just had a lot of snow but path and parking area was as good as it could be.

Perfect spot

Visited Boston area colleges with my son and this was the perfect spot for a small group. Convenient with a kitchen and common spaces and easily to access the metro area.

Nice place to stay near Boston

Everything was just like advertised. The pictures were accurate. The place was great . Check in was easy. Big spacious place. Easy check in. The owner was very responsive too. Convenient and safe location and a great home base to see places all over the Boston area.

My stay

This is very close to my kids and it was perfect for what I needed. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and safe. The unit was clean and the host is very responsive, definitely recommend to friends!

Great apartment

My daughter and her boyfriend stayed here during a holiday when we had overflow in our house, and it was perfect. Near to our house, clean, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely rent again if a similar need arises.

Dropping off our daughter at school. Place was close to Boston U. Safe neighborhood and clean bright basement apartment. Arda was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!
