Sweet Sunrise is a 2 bedroom plus a bunk room, 3 bathroom cabin built in 2021 in Hochatown, OK. Sweet Sunrise is located in the Sunrise Ridge development. This cabin is privately managed with no extra fees. The cabin is located just minutes from popular restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and the beautiful Broken Bow Lake. Sleeping arrangements include 2 king size beds and a bunk room with 2 bunk beds.

Sweet Sunrise is the escape your family has been looking for. Sweet Sunrise is a rustic cypress sided barn style cabin with soaring ceilings, rustic finishes, and décor. The large open living and kitchen concept will provide plenty of room for friends and family to gather in the Great Room while sharing quality time and meals. Come enjoy the second floor balcony overlooking the mountainside.

Pet friendly with a $150 pet fee (max 2 pets). Additional pets are subject to an additional $50 fee each and must be approved by owner. A signed rental agreement will be required prior to your stay. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance through VRBO.

Relaxing time with Family

We booked this cabin for a last minute weekend get-a-way from Dallas. We were looking forward to a peaceful, relaxing stay and that’s exactly what we got. The cabin was clean, well kept, wonderfully equipped with everything you need. Our girls (9&6) loved playing the arcade game, ping pong and enjoying the view from the hot tub. I made it a point to set my alarm and watch the sun rise this morning and it was beautiful! We will be back!

Beautiful location and views

Great cabin for a family of four. Amazing balcony and views. Cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Would happily stay here again.

Annual holiday trip!

This was our first time visiting this area and it was great for our families annual holiday trip. The cabin and the hosts are great. We really enjoyed the cabin location and the amenities it has to offer. We utilized the upstairs gaming area (ping pong and video arcade), the hot tub was awesome, and we used the firepit (plenty of places to get firewood locally) in between rain showers. We cooked multiple meals utilizing the grill and the kitchen is well equipped. The hosts even had the cabin decorated for the holidays!We arrived with the fireplace going!

Great family getaway

We had such an amazing time at this house! It was beautiful and I can't even describe the views from the balcony!! We even saw 2 deer at the deer feeder! The weather was perfect so we stayed on the deck the entire day playing cornhole and watching football on the outside TV. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was the perfect getaway for our family. We will definitely be back. LOVED THIS HOUSE!

Great stay

We spent 4 nights here and had a great stay. Pretty clean, a bit dusty but probably due to quick turnaround of renters. Property manager answered email very quickly when we had a maintenance issue, and it was resolved the next day. Enjoyed the location, beautiful views out the back deck and our dogs loved it. Very comfortable to stay in and had everything we needed!

Sweet Sunrise

Sweet sunrise is the perfect name! The sunrise views over the trees is so beautiful to wake up to! The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and in a nice neighborhood with a smooth road. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable and reminded us of our bed at home. The kids slept in the bunk room and with the blackout curtains, they were able to sleep in without the morning sun waking them up - big parenting win!! We are already looking to come back next year and stay at this cabin! It was perfect for our family!

Great cabin

3 full baths, bunk beds sleep 4 and other 2 bedrooms sleep 2 each. 3 full baths including 1 bathtub. Ping pong table, fire pit, arcade table, hot tub with TV. Big kitchen and living area. Great views. Only thing I'd recommend is window shades. The windows are big but the sun comes through hard, and everyone outside can see right into the cabin.

Get away

Totally enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. We had a very peaceful, restful time. Watching the deer come to the feeder several times a day was so nice. Thank you for providing a nice place for a getaway.

Family vacation

This was a short drive to paradise. The cabin was amazing and very conveniently tucked away, not in the middle of everything, but very close to anything you wanted to do. The owners have taken great consideration when including all the amenities to keep the kids entertained while the adults have plenty room to relax. The only problem was having to leave, i hope other enjoy their time here as much as we did!

Amazing view

The property was great. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed seeing the deer at the feeder. The back deck was amazing with a great view of the valley. We had a wonderful time.

Awesome Cabin

Our stay at Sweet Sunrise was outstanding. The cabin's layout was perfect for us and our adult children. The huge deck area, with the incredible views, had everything you could ever want. The cabin was clean, thoughtfully appointed, and well-stocked, and communication with the owners was top-notch. We highly recommend this rental!

We love traveling to Hochatown/Broken Bow as a family and decided to build our own cabin to rent out and help others make memories. We built Loblolly Lodge and started renting it out in July of 2020 and sold it in April 2022. Sweet Sunrise is our second cabin. This cabin is not managed by a management company. We recently opened our third cabin, Carefree Cottage, in the summer of 2022. We will personally answer any and all of your questions before, during and after your stay.
