Spacious deck offers a great water view. Private community lake front conveniently located directly in front of this property with sandy beach, covered pavilion and beach.playground. Other neighborhood amenities include tennis, pool, docks, and boat launch. Owners canoes and kayak are on site for enjoyment.

Ken and Julie's home was a perfect retreat for our family for spring break. The house was spacious and well stocked. It is a very short stroll to the water with a sandy shoreline area and a local playground, which was great having two young kids. And the neighborhood was peaceful with essentially no car traffic at all. We hope to be back next year.

What a wonderful lake front property this is! Our family had so much fun! This location was ideal for kids. The lake was a short walk from the home. Our children enjoyed playing at the beach and playground. The included canoes and kayaks were a hit too! Plus there were plenty of fun yard games. The house was clean and well stocked, but make sure you bring your own beach towels! We also enjoyed a lot of hikes at the state park, which was only 20 minutes away. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Great family location

Easy check in, lots of amenities and close to whatever you will need as a family. Spend your days kayaking or on the lake and then go for an evening swim in the pool. This place has it all.

Perfect Family Getaway on Lake Anna!

We loved our stay at this peaceful, family-friendly lake house. The beach was just a short walk away, and the free kayaks and canoes made it easy to enjoy lake life. Plus, it’s dog-friendly — a big win for our whole family. We can’t wait to come back!

Great space and room for family

Check in was flawless, super owner communication throughout! Many options to grill, cook etc. Not too many options in the area with restaurants and we like to cook so this was idealCommunity pool was funLake access easy and close by

Excellent stay

Wonderful house, great location and perfect for kids. Owners were always available and very nice. All around great weekend stay. We’ll be back in the summer!

Stayed with my family (incl two small kids) in the cold weather days and had a very comfortable and restful stay. Well apportioned and responsive hosts.

Very comfortable home

The home was very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed having lawn games, fire pit and lots of outdoor space. We did go to public side for boat rental and cooler water temps. Fun get away!!

Highly recommended, very quality stay!

Place was very easy to get to, close enough to the lake, yet far enough to feel safe with kids and family. Communication with the owner(s) was phenomenal, very quick reply times. Allowing a pet also makes traveling that much better and easier! Looking forward to staying here again!

New Years vacation

Very nice place with an open kitchen/family area and great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable. The lake and playground are just a few hundred feet away which was great to have with three young kids!

Beautiful & Peaceful!

Ken & Julie were great hosts and very responsive to questions before and during our trip. Loved having the beach area in front of the house and the dogs loved swimming every day. Great house, private, had everything we needed for our stay, and looking forward to coming again!
