Spacious deck offers a great water view. Private community lake front conveniently located directly in front of this property with sandy beach, covered pavilion and beach.playground. Other neighborhood amenities include tennis, pool, docks, and boat launch. Owners canoes and kayak are on site for enjoyment.

5 Star Lake Anna Retreat

Our Stay at Ken's Lake Anna home was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family could want to have fun and also get some rest and relaxation. We brought our 16mo daughter and felt the house was very safe for her to run around .The close proximity to the beach and playground is a big bonus and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. We will definately be recommending Ken's home to our family and friends andhope to visit again soon.

Excellent stay

Wonderful house, great location and perfect for kids. Owners were always available and very nice. All around great weekend stay. We’ll be back in the summer!

Wonderful Week

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was incredible and the area picturesque. The owner was nice and answered our questions about local landmarks and potential activities. A map of the immediate area is only thing that would have made the trip even better (it took us a long bike ride to find the pool and tennis courts). Certainly one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve ever taken. Thank you!

Family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Lake Anna. This was our first time here. The pictures of the house and location don’t do it justice. The house is located in a nice friendly neighborhood. The house is cozy and very nice. It had everything we needed. We especially liked the proximity to the lake and being able to use the kayak. We hope to come back in the future. The owners were very responsive with our needs/ questions.

New Years vacation

Very nice place with an open kitchen/family area and great view of the lake. Beds were comfortable. The lake and playground are just a few hundred feet away which was great to have with three young kids!

Beautiful & Peaceful!

Ken & Julie were great hosts and very responsive to questions before and during our trip. Loved having the beach area in front of the house and the dogs loved swimming every day. Great house, private, had everything we needed for our stay, and looking forward to coming again!

Great location, good for families

House was very clean, spacious, and dog friendly. Check in and out was easy. Internet was fast enough to work remotely during our stay (not a trivial thing around LKA). Would recommend for families or groups less than 8.

Great Spring Getaway To Lake Anna

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. We had perfect weather and the house is well stocked with everything you might need. We really enjoyed lounging on the deck overlooking the lake and the proximity to the sandy beach, as well as the use of the owner's Kayaks and canoes. We will absolutely be back!

Great lake views and easy access to swimming

We enjoyed the convenient location in a very walkable neighborhood and with a short drive to grocery store and restaurants. We swam in the lovely warm lake every day and also managed some pool time. The deck was great too! The house was comfortable and set up well and we all relaxed during our stay.

If we could give it 6 stars we would!

There's something for everyone here. Our kids enjoyed the playground and beachfront while we enjoyed the amazing views from the porch and sitting at the lake. Perfectly relaxing. The location, views, and overall property were just what we needed. We hope to be regular visitors.

Relaxing and beautiful cabin

Everything went flawless, except for the heating/cooling unit, but a gentleman came out and fixed it right away. Overall, I'd live here!

Super Host

We really enjoyed our stay! Communication was quick and easy and the host really cared about our stay. The walk to the water was quick and easy and little to no traffic crossing the street, which was great. There were plenty of things to do both in the water and at the home. Supermarket and restaurants were nearby, which was very convenient. The house was well maintained. You guys are Super Host for a reason. Thank you so much!

Nice long weekend

We stayed here for a last minute long weekend getaway for my birthday. I really liked having coffee on the front porch and enjoying the view of the lake. My husband liked cooking up smores at the firepit. And our 7 year old son liked canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and the playground. The house was in a great location, I loved the decor, and the owner was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great time on Lake Anna

We had a great time during our week on Lake Anna. The house has a beautiful open view of the lake and is right across from a small playground and beach (perfect for kids). The neighborhood is quiet and calm. We also loved that we could use the owners’ canoe and kayak to explore the lake. And being on the “private side” definitely reduced any traffic on the water. We’ll be back!

Quiet and relaxing

My husband and I had a wonderful few days renting this home. He’s a bass fisherman so having access to the hot side of Lake Anna was a priority for us. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly furnished to make you feel at home and comfortable. The owners were gracious and have done a fine job creating a vacation home. We’ll be back.

Fantastic location!

We loved staying at this location! The house is beautiful with a great view! Short walk to the lake with your own little private beach! Most of the time we were the only ones out there! There was also a playground there for our son who is almost two. He now calls it his lake house! There were plenty of games to play and DVDs to watch. Wonderful family time and would definitely go again!

Spacious house, near the lakefront - great stay

Overall great stay at this vacation rental/house. My family and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Plenty of space for 6 adults and pets. Clean house with fresh bed linens and towels. You can see the lake from the house and a very short distance to the lake. Plenty of natural light coming into the house. Spacious deck. It was nice that they had 2 canoes and 1 kayak to use. Would recommend this house!
