Two primary suites are located on the upper level. One has its own private balcony with beautiful water views. Perfect for relaxing or drinking your morning coffee.

Access to the sandy community beach is only a short distance from the back patio. It offers a flat-level landscape.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perfect Place

Brought my boat and the private launch/dock area was the perfect set up. The townhouse was equally as nice. Had a great stay!!!

Great location

Great place, friendly neighbors. One draw back, we had issues on multiple days with the reserved parking being taken by non residents and guest, but overall a great weekend and a great location at Lake Anna

Mostly nice

Nice location and townhouse. The bad parts were you have to gather and dispose of your own trash, and you have to put on and remove your own linens. The property manager told us to take the trash to the dumpster behind their office at check out but someone from Food Lion said they were just for the businesses. The Roku only had one remote that worked for the two devices, one upstairs and one downstairs, and the toaster didn't work. Everything else was pretty nice.

So Relaxing

We very much enjoyed the home and truly appreciated all the nice touches the owners included. The lakefront location is spectacular and we loved having restaurants and a brewery right beside us and other places so close. The only request to the mgmt company I would make is to better organize info. There was a lot to distill in multiple emails trying to first figure out how to get into the house after hours and then in the packet with key as we tried to determine what to do at departure. Thanks!

Great stay!

My husband and I had a fun and relaxing trip at Anchor Here! It was our second time staying there and we’re big fans. The view is beautiful, we love the lake access and swimming area, and it’s convenient to Lake Anna’s restaurants. Highly recommend!

Great location and view!

We had an amazing time visiting and the location of the house was perfect! The waterfront view was gorgeous and the recently upgraded covered dock was a huge bonus!

Great stay

Second time at this property. Great location. Don't love having to make and strip the beds while on vacation, but enjoyed the unit and would rent again.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Anchor Here! The location was perfect as the lake was right outside the back door and there were many dining options within walking distance. The after hours check in was easy as well.

Nice stay at Anchor Here

Great location with a nice view of the lake. Loved having the restaurants and tap house in very easy walking distance. Townhouse very nice with everything we needed. However it would have been nice if we could have been able to use the boat lift on the boat slip so it wouldn't have beaten and banged the side of the boat so bad, especially as low as the water had been.

Amazing vacation!

My husband and I loved our stay at Anchor Here! The house has an amazing view, and the location is great. We could launch our paddle boards right at the nearby beach. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Absolutely love it!

This property is perfect for a smaller family. The 2 master bedrooms and 2 master baths are super nice and decorated beautifully. Sleeping 5 is perfect. The pullout couch in the living room is nice but there is no privacy at all. With a younger bunch I'm sure it's perfect but our teenagers weren't super comfy. The new boat dock is awesome and we interacted with several of the neighbors and they were all welcoming. Will definitely be booking this property again!

Great Getaway

We had a fun weekend. The location is great. However, the pull-out sleeper sofa’s mattress was terrible. No one was comfortable on it.

Great Location for a long weekend

We stayed with two professional couples. It was a great location for a long weekend. Rented a boat and kept it at their new dock. We were able to walk to several restaurants and enjoyed the music and wine festival at the Tap House. Property was very clean. Only downside for the price was no trash pick-up and we had to make the beds. Although sheets were provided. All in all an excellent stay!

ALTAMATE PLACE TO RELAX

The property was was great. The only problem I had with the property was that, spiders and webs were everywhere. Anywhere I would walk I ran into a web. The lake was absolutely beautiful. The property was equipped with everything you needed. However, in the patio area we were not allowed to use the Umbrella for the table or the cushions for the chairs. Please note we had 90 degree weather. I called and spoke with the management company and they provided an umbrella from a nearby neighbor, but was unable to utilize any chair cushions. This put a damper on our outside patio use because the table and chairs were made of metal. With the type of money they are asking to rent, that should have been provided. I would stay here again in a heartbeat but only if they provide all that's needed.

Great Location!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean and very tastefully decorated. The patio furniture needs some improvement and for what we paid per night, essential paper products should be provided. We would definitely come back to stay again.

Fantastic accommodation right on the water

Lovely townhouse that is equipped with everything you could need for a nice getaway. The property was very tidy, bed was comfortable, and the location was spectacular. The lake is literally in the back yard and directly next door is a great taphouse and a handful of restaurants. Can't beat the location and quality of the property.

Great location

Great location! The house met our needs and was fairly clean. When we arrived I found a few opened bags of food left by someone and needed to clean out the microwave. Leaving, be prepared to empty the dishwasher, wipe down the fridge, make the beds, take out the trash etc. It was a pain, but what is expected at a VRBO. I was happily surprised there was toilette paper, paper towels, hand washing soap, and dish washing soap. It was a very nice surprise! We used the beach with our toddler, and the dock was very close with easy access. The location was fantastic!

Perfect,perfect!

The location was awesome! Walk right out the back door and there is the lake! The private beach, cove was so lovely and quiet! The townhouse was clean, had all the amenities one would want. The only issue was ants in the kitchen, even though they sprayed the ants were there. Even though I would rent this again!
