Description
A special place for you, your family and friends. Enjoy waterfront living with a 60' deck and lower patio, plus a screen porch, all overlooking Lake Anna only 100 ft away. At the water, a spacious 1,600 sf boat house with a 'whip' mooring system for guests boat, large sun deck, covered gazebo, and bar room with refrigerator, microwave and hotdog maker... all adjacent to a gradual sloping beach.

House has a open floor plan on both levels for entertaining. Every room in the house has a waterfront view (with exception of the Guest Master). Both Masters are on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room (which includes a sleep sofa) on the lower level, providing everyone 'their getaway space'. Guest washer/dryer located on the main level.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties or Celebrations, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home for families & couples to enjoy.

And most importantly, the safety of our guests and our family are always a top priority. We have our home professionally cleaned by a licensed firm prior to each individual guests arrival.

Everything about this stay was perfect - the location, weather, and especially the property. The layout of the house is great for a group of couples/families. Lots of private spaces and huge gathering spaces for eating, playing games, and lounging around. Just steps from the lake - and the boat dock was impressive with a huge shaded area and great space to fish from. Owner communication was excellent. This was a fantastic vacation!

My husband and I and our adult children had a wonderful time at this property. It was beautifully maintained, and we loved the dock where we spent most of our time fishing and swimming and hanging out. It was so nice to have the little kitchenette there to keep our drinks cold. Communicating with the host was excellent and they even overnighted a slow cooker to the house because they had thought they had one and it wasn’t there. How awesome is that! We will definitely want to stay here again.

We love this house! This was our second time staying here. We've stayed at other properties on Lake Anna and this is our favorite. The location on the lake is great. We had a wonderful time fishing, boating, and jet skiing. The house is well stocked and clean. I love waking up to views of the lake.

The house is amazing. The street is calm and quiet. The house is clean and beautiful. The back yard, dock, and beach are a dream. Overall the home and street are family friendly. It’s located very close to “the cove” by boat or car which was very convenient. Its also close by other restaurants and food lion by car. We loved our stay!

It was a lovely home with a beautiful view of the lake. It had everything we needed. We really enjoyed staying at the house. It was perfect for 4 friends aged 81 years old to get together in May and relax. The host provided helpful information about the area.

This property is truly #1 on the lake. This four bedroom home is spacious, very clean and has a spectacular view. The hosts are very responsive, promptly addressing questions and concerns. The kitchen is well-equipped. I have stayed at a number of homes on the lake, and this is the best - by far.

There’s no doubt that this is one of the premier properties on Lake Anna. A spacious and clean house, awesome water view, phenomenal dock, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood that has everything you need close by.

It was like a little piece of heaven. The decor was so well coordinated. The property was was beautiful. The beds were great and showers good. There was so much that young and old could enjoy and many spaces to do so. Very clean. Host very responsive.

This was an amazing time had by all. I was celebrating my birthday with my children and grands. The views were breathtaking especially the sunsets. We enjoyed fishing, water wading, sunning and relaxing. This is a very family friendly place that I will surely return to again and again.

Absolutely the best. Great value. Well worth the money and surprised of price compared to other properties in the same range. The view, privacy, and size of home was comfortable. My 10month had a great time crawling playing around the great room. The boat house and deck were perfect for fishing and paddle board. The lawn was perfect for playing catch for my two baseball playing sons. I appreciate the landscaping as I have a green thumb. We will stay at this house for future Lake Anna visits. Cheers to our hosts. Thanks again!

Love the property, we stayed in this same home the year before as well. Great dock and small gravel beach right on the lake and close to a restaurant and bait shop. The fire pit at night is a great place to sit and talk the night away. The home has a great dowstairs game room and is very comfortable. Visited in the fall both times, quiet and beautiful setting during this time of year.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake home. This home was the cleanest and most well maintained vacation home we have ever rented. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel very comfortable. The owners responded to our questions respectfully and promptly, we felt like we were communicating with friends. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great home

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was super flexible, and helpful in preparing for having our group there over Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, well stocked, clean, and nice view of the lake.

We had been coming to the lake primarily to waterski for 30+ years. Always dreamed of having our own place and finally made the decision after looking at more homes than you can imagine to find just the right one. We live permanently in Northern VA and plan to make it down to the lake as often as possible, regardless of the season.

We have 7 children now from High School to early 30's, so we needed a property that would hold our family of 9 (at times to include the Grandparents) and entertain all ages, young and old. And that is what we found!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We really enjoy the expansive deck, screen porch, large yard to play in, natural beach with gradual fall off which is wonderful for little ones and old ones alike. Our new boathouse is over the top with Gazebo, overhead fan, lounge furniture, large sun deck, bar room with fridge, microwave and hotdog maker! We offer 'whip' boat docking system for guests. Our dead-end street with cul-de-sac is great for the younger ones to bike or skate. Especially appealing is the ability to take a stroll to The Cove Restaurant, ice cream shop or convenience market in 10 minutes.
