This Trout Condominium has been meticulously taken care. With yearly updates and improvements you will find the furnishings, mattresses and bedding and appliance in top shape and enjoyable.
Two Bedrooms, two full baths with one pull out sofa easily sleeps 6-7 guests.
Trout Creek offers many amenities that are available for your enjoyment, swimming pools, recreation facilities, tennis courts and walking trails. This unit is close to Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Mackinaw.
There are beaches, parks and biking trails within a mile or two not to mention the Ski Hills Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands.
Comfortable and completely stocked with linens, towels etc.

Nice condo near Harbor Springs

Nice clean condo, enjoyed the back deck, fireplace, jacuzzi, garage parking. Good communication from the host. Great location in the Harbor Springs and Petoskey area.

Late September week

Well appointed unit. Nice patio overlooking the woods. Only concern was with the mattresses. Extremely firm! We took turn sleeping on the couch!

Summer trip

The condo was really clean and comfortable for a family of 4. The complex had great amenities and was clean. It was a perfect location for all of the day trips we took. Would highly recommend and will be booking again.

Family Get A Way

Brought my parents and my kids for a fun Northern MI summer adventure. The condo was a great location, close to the beach. My kids swam in every pool at the complex, we had a blast! The condo was well stocked with the freshest, fluffiest towels, clean, and crisp linens. A great choice for a get-a-way. We will be back!

Perfect Condo for a Ski Weekend

This condo was perfectly located for a ski weekend at Nub's Nob and The Highlands. It was very clean, had all the kitchen equipment we needed, and the beds were comfy. I'd definitely stay again.

Attractive NMI getaway

Nicely provisioned and decorated. Premium location with wooded views and private deck. Ideal for access to ski resorts and Harbor Springs activities. Perfect accommodation for winter holiday close to family and friends. Kathy responded promptly to questions and requests. We look forward to returning.

Just the right place

Not too much not too little. Quiet and convenient. A great location to run into Petoskey and Harbor Springs with a short drive up to Mackinac for us. Complex amenities - pool, tennis courts, hiking trails had more then we could fit in. A great long weekend for us.

Wonderful space, close to many things!

The condo and the offerings of the condo community were great, especially with our grandkiddos (7 and 8). The condo was all as described. Clean, spacious, comfy and close to many things. The pools and the stocked fishing pond were a hit with our grandkiddos. Trips to Petoskey, the beach and Mackinac Island were easy from the condo. And many great restaurants to enjoy! We would definitely return!

The property was described as clean, cozy, beautiful and well kept. It was all that plus convenient to Harbor Springs and Petoskey where we spent four lovely summer days.

Perfect birthday getaway

Great location. Close to great restaurants shops beaches. Spotless and spacious condo. Beautifully decorated and supplied with everything you could possibly need. So completely happy with property. Enjoyed the surroundings from the huge patio.

Great Location

Perfect for 4 adults looking to spend time in Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Charlevoix. Great Location! Very clean. Just a few minor things..did not like how the condo above us window was right over the patio. They had their window open and we had to whisper to enjoy the outdoor patio and the coffee maker needs to be replaced. But all in all a great place for a long weekend.

Everything once amazing once we figured out where to go etc. We never was updated on info so was a little worried when we got there. We found her number and she helped us right out. We loved it.
