This condo features 1000 sq ft of remodeled living space. 1st floor although there are 6 steps down to enter condo. Comfortably sleeps 6. Upon entering the condo, the open concept kitchen-dining-living room space is perfect for family gatherings. Stream your favorite movie or show. Choose from the variety of board games or cards. Enjoy an evening in front of the gas fireplace with 2 recliners. Fully stocked kitchen providing coffee supplies as well as spices for cooking. The deck is perfect for outdoor dining or enjoying your favorite coffee while surrounded by nature. The condo offers a large master suite with new en suite with walk in shower and 2 person jacuzzi.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.
Washer and dryer located inside the condo and detergent supplied.

Enjoy all Trout Creek Resort amenities located on resort property. Tennis/pickleball/Playground/fishing. Conference center Indoor/outdoor Pool/Hot tub open 9a-9p. Please note it will be closed for renovation starting 9/2/25 and reopen May 2026. Fitness Center pool/hot tub/sauna open all year round 8a-10p.


There is a one car garage with racks for ski storage. 3 extra parking spaces in the lot. There is an overflow parking lot down the street.

We warmly welcome our four legged friends(dogs only) for a nominal fee. Waste bags provided.

Great property. Communication was excellent. Kitchen and laundry staples were well stocked. Outdoor patio was great. Pools and play areas were warm and clean. Lovely place. Lovely hosts. Grill had an issue and was replaced immediately! Would stay again.

Overall everything was great. Check in process and communication with host was a breeze. Secluded area and not being able to hear the main road was a plus. Beds were comfortable and the outside space and plenty of seating options. Trout creek is a great place to bring family. We have a 6 and 2 year old. This is our 3rd year in a row coming. Always enjoy our stay.

The check-in experience was fantastic. Communication was also fantastic.The floor had sand, bathrooms rugs in master bathroom need to be replaced. We killed a couple of big black ants in living room. Kids upstairs running around at 7:00 am. Walls are thin.

Extremely nice condo! Loved the dispensers for the showers, coffee supplies, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Yvonne was so nice and very accommodating!Will definitely stay here again!

Was the nicest Condo we have stayed in at the Trout Creek Complex. Everything was very nice! Loved that they had coffee supplies, spices, shampoo, conditioner , body wash and chocolates! Yvonne was extremely nice to deal with and was tremendously helpful!!! Would definitely stay here again!

It was just as advertised, but what I didn’t expect was how wooded the property is! It is really a huge, huge, huge complex that is predominantly woods with condominiums tucked around here and there! Our boys had a great time because there’s lots for teenagers to do like Pickleball and basketball, soccer field and pool so that was great. And my husband and I took long walks around the trails and the complex itself. It was perfectly located close to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. We go up north every year usually multiple times and this will definitely be a place we return to. Great responsiveness from the owner/property manager, super clean and newly renovated condo, and so happy there were two full baths…very convenient!

Wonderful weekend up north to enjoy some early skiing! All amenities we needed to enjoy the stay were available in the condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture. We will be back.

Everything about this property was great. The decor was modern and all of the rooms were a really nice size. The location of 5 min away from Nub's Nob and Boyne Highlands for downhill skiing was fantastic. And the on-premise snowshoe trails were beautiful and well marked. When we had an issue with a car being stuck in the ice/snow in the parking lot, the host was very quick to get us help from the resort maintenance staff. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely vacation home

We were happily impressed with the accommodations. The skiing was not that great the time we were there, so it was really nice to relax in such lovely surroundings.

Great stay

Beautiful property! We would stay here again as it’s an end condo and very private. Terrific location between Nubs Nob and Highland ski resorts.Condo is very comfortable and updated.

Great location for a family ski trip

The condo was clean, neat, well-organized, and a great location for our family ski trip. Check-in/-out was easy and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable home. Host was extremely concerned with making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Home was extremely clean and well stocked. A very quiet place to stay but yet convenient located between Harbor Springs and Petosky. Looking forward to staying there again.

The space was extremely clean with washer and dryer in the unit. The property has wonderful amenities for the whole family. My teens enjoyed the indoor pool and my dogs and I enjoyed the trails and easy walking.

Perfect home base for up north exploration

My husband and I had a wonderful time skiing at the Highlands and exploring harbor springs and Petoskey. The condo was very comfortable and so perfectly located. The beds and furniture are all in very good condition and and cozy.

We had everything we needed to enjoy family time together. After skiing we appreciated the cable tv to watch football. It was a comfortable place with plenty of room. Also, appreciate that it was pet friendly so my daughter from Chicago could bring her Boston terrier. Thank you!
